This practice is great -- from the two chiropractors to the front staff -- except for Rani…read more From my initial exam to the X-ray discovery, she spent not 5mins me, both times rude abrasive and just overall rushing through both meetings like she has somewhere more important to be -- on her phone, not with her patients. As soon as she walked into the room even before my X-ray evaluation began, she started with: I won't have time to answer a lot of questions. Then she spent maybe 3mins rushing over the two X-ray images, refused to go back to compare my old images, and actually said to me: "I don't have time to go over that." To be fair, I was 5mins late to the appt. But then not five minutes later I saw her at the front on her phone looking bored. Wtf? So you don't have time to actually oh I don't know take care of paying patients - you call yourself doctor after all - but have time to be on your phone looking bored at the front desk rather than actually use your degree and helping real people. My treatment recommendation didn't include electrical stimulation, which I really liked and helped a lot, and when I asked her for it she said that's not our recommendation. She tried instead to sell me acupuncture which is apparently what she does so of course given the "care" I saw from her so far, immediately declined. Unfortunate, bc I would like acupuncture as part of treatment just no way in hell I'm letting such a person "treat me" let alone bring sharp objects near me. You couldn't PAY me to let such an uncaring unprofessional clearly disinterested in patients "doctor" to poke me with needles, no thank you. Kind of actually hilarious you had the gall to ask that after your attitude. Dr. Parkin did my adjustment and when I asked for electrical stimulation of course immediately arranged it for me -- bc I don't know, maybe when a patient in pain says something helps with the pain, you should do something crazy, like listen? Their M-F schedule is also quite limited and doesnt align well with mine so btwn Rani and such restrictive schedule, looking for a good chiropractor who can do it all: adjustment acupuncture electrical stimulation and massage without any bad apples souring the whole treatment.

I was a week from scheduling cervical (neck) surgery because I…read morehad been in severe pain and no other specialists had helped to alleviate it. Mind you, I was in such pain that I could barely dress myself or walk to another room. I had spent almost 2 months basically sitting in a recliner to get some relief. My husband had to even drive me to each of the appointments. I tried everything short of the surgery including steroid packs, prescription pain medication, physical therapy, and a cortisone injection with no relief. After receiving an X-ray, 2 MRI's for the neck and shoulder (to rule out shoulder problems), I received a diagnosis of cervical stenosis (a narrowing of the spinal column with herniated discs). When the previous methods did not work, I met with a spinal surgeon and was about to schedule surgery. My kind sister-in-law recommended Dr. Molloy. I was reluctant because how could a chiropractor help when my diagnosis was a narrow spine? But I kept an open mind and was willing to try anything. I was able to get in immediately to see Dr. Molloy. He was friendly, kind, and answered all questions readily. He took his own X-rays and found that in addition to the herniated discs that I also had a rotated disc in my upper back (something that was never looked at previously). I began to see Dr. Molloy 4-5 days a week for approximately two months. At these visits, he gave adjustments (I'm very happy to report that my rotated disc is back in place!), used a muscle stimulator on my upper back (due to the tense muscles), and used ultrasound to reduce the nerve inflammation. This is the third month since I began seeing him and I am happy to report that I am significantly better. I no longer take any prescription pain medication. I only see him once per week for ultrasound and now have gotten back to all daily activities! I very highly recommend Dr. Molloy. He is really one of the best doctors out there!

I have only the best things to say about Dr Clark and Dr Juergens! They have both helped me and my…read morechildren on many occasions. My 3 year old son has Down Syndrome and struggled with constipation as a baby. Dr Juergens helped me with nutritional tips and suggestions, and after his visits with her, his constipation issues improved! Even after just the first visit. She is so good with babies and was so gentle with him, he was very comfortable during his adjustment. I have brought all five of my children for wellness visits to Juergens Chiropractic, and there was another occasion when Dr Juergens helped my 12 year old daughter who had a terrible stomach virus and was having a hard time getting back to her regular diet. Dr Juergens adjusted her and her nausea subsided. She was able to start holding down food after that. My daughter loved Dr Juergens and was very comfortable talking to her, and said she felt a lot better afterwards. Dr Juergens helped me with nutritional and wellness suggestions, and treated me for foot, joint, and back pain. Her demeanor is very friendly and kind. She spent a lot of time listening to my concerns and giving me helpful advice, along with my adjustments. I always feel so much better after I see her. I think Dr Juergens is extremely knowledgeable and all of the advice she has given me (nutrition, postpartum care, breastfeeding, fatigue) has helped me so much. I feel so at ease with her, and I learn so much from our visits about wellness and self care. I have seen Dr Clark a few times and I also like him so much. He is also very gentle and patient, and so skilled. He helped me so much after I hurt myself in the process of moving to a new home. I went into the office sore and exhausted and I walked out feeling energized and strong again. Dr Clark addressed my lower back pain, my general fatigue from caring for 5 children, and my muscle pain from babywearing issues, my plantar fasciitis in my feet, etc. I felt very comfortable with him as well, and I really appreciate how much time he spent answering my questions and explaining everything to me. The office staff is always so nice, and so accommodating to mothers with babies and children. The office is so clean and cheerful, with coloring sheets and toys in the waiting room to help keep little ones occupied. I could really just go on and on, there are so many wonderful things about Juergens Chiropractic and I am very grateful to Dr Juergens, Dr Clark, and the office staff for providing such excellent care in such a friendly, gentle way. I always feel such relief after their chiropractic care, and I feel so strong afterwards. I drive an hour to their office from Chicago, and it is absolutely worth it.

I'm one to Yelp everything and review nothing , but this is too good to keep to myself. Sunil (Dr…read more Pullukat), is everything missing in today's healthcare. I started seeing him when he wasn't in my insurance network (also not one to like overpaying), because I was in such severe pain from a gym injury, and the endless sessions I have with another chiropractor were not getting me any relief. I'm a strong believer that energy transcends through touch , and he is a natural healer. Yes he is a doctor, he knows the human anatomy , he has the latest techniques , he has a lovely office .... but what's much harder to find in a healthcare provider is a genuine desire to maKe people feel better. He is so attentive. He will try 85 ways to make you feel better , and if it doesn't work he will try the 86th with no loss of enthusiasm. His true greatness is in his humble demeanor. Some chiropractors will act like it's beneath them to massage their patients , but Sunil's ego comes second to doing whatever will help the patient. Lastly , I feel completely at ease with our casual relationship. Sometimes I feel amazing , and stop coming for periods of time. He never stalks me into filling his books. In short - he is amazing. This practice doesn't feel like a business, it feels like a sanctuary.

He does not simply execute the same protocol across different patients. He is absolutely a genius, diagnosing a problem and then applying the right therapies that lead to resolution.
