I wasn't thrilled with the treatment I had here. For whatever reason, during virtually every session I had (all but one, iirc), only the Activator device was used, and I don't believe that device does anything by itself. At very least, it didn't help me at all. The one session I had where (again, for whatever reason) I had a manual adjustment done, one of them hurt a bit and I let out a grunt. Immediately, the doctor went back to the Activator, and I was never given a manual adjustment thereafter. I also found it odd that -- unlike many other chiros I've seen -- I wasn't instructed to inhale/exhale, with the adjustment made on the exhale. Instead, I specifically remember several adjustments being made as I was breathing in (and likely a bit more tense). Most of each session was spent lying under a moist heating pad with e-stim. One visit, I had Graston (scraping) done on me, and on one other, some brief, light massage. Outside of that, it was strictly Activator/heat+stim. None of it helped. Supplements were pushed on me a few times, which I did not want (could get the same elsewhere and/or cheaper). One other time, I brought in a wedge-type pillow I'd been using for the doctor's opinion and help with use, and instead, they tried to sell me their own version of the same thing (?!). They weren't "not nice" folks -- they just weren't helpful in my case. I'm still on the hunt for a really good chiro to this day... [edit: updating based on response from owner. Not sure if the operative word in their response is "stock", but their own promo image shows "nutritional supplements". iirc, some were sitting right on the front counter (left side) right next to the lotions/BioFreeze or whatever they specifically had there. Also, not sure if this is semantics, but I was *absolutely* shown a foam "device" (available for purchase) -- wedge, support, pillow; call it what you will. I know this because I specifically recall thinking that the one they were showing me felt like a lower quality than the one I'd brought in. I'm also pretty sure (though not 100%) that I either saw or was shown/offered a regular "sleeping" type pillow. None of this really matters to me, however, as I was only really there for the adjustments.] read more

Dr Clark treated my mother for years and she always loved him. So when I was in town and desperately needed to see a chiropractor, he was the first to come to mind. I called their office, explained my out-of-town situation and they agreed to see me the same day. I was expecting a quickie adjustment and to be sent on my way. Not so. Dr Clark took the time to really see what was going on, do a little massage, gentle but effective adjustment, heat and electrical stimulation, and traction - all things I needed for my latest little attack. I suffered from a fractured spine compounded with other back problems when I was 11 years old. ONLY Dr. Juergens was able to make ALL of the pain go away. Dr. Clark is a life saver. I first came here with back pain and pain in my arms. I first started seeing Dr. Juergens for the arm pain. She did a few acupuncture treatments, and the pain was gone in my arms. I went on to see Dr. Clark for the back pain. He did a thorough exam with X-rays and evaluations. From there, came the treatment. After just a few adjustments a few times a week, I felt relief. I have been seeing him since December of 2012 for bi-monthly adjustments and heat treatments on my back and have never felt better. If you need a chiropractor, Dr. Clark is the one to see. Awesome! My 7 year old needed an adjustment after getting whip lash from the Great America roller coasters. He walked in as if his neck was fused in one position - it was gut wrenching to see. Dr Clark adjusted him and was very kind and patient. The next day, he was almost completely recovered. Thank God! So I decided to try him for myself because it's been years since I've seen anyone for my neck and lower back pain. Oh my! I received such relief, felt so relaxed, and so invigorated when i left. I have only the best things to say about Dr Clark and Dr Juergens! They have both helped me and my children on many occasions. My 3 year old son has Down Syndrome and struggled with constipation as a baby. Dr Juergens helped me with nutritional tips and suggestions, and after his visits with her, his constipation issues improved! Even after just the first visit. She is so good with babies and was so gentle with him, he was very comfortable during his adjustment. I have brought all five of my children for wellness visits to Juergens Chiropractic, and there was another occasion when Dr Juergens helped my 12 year old daughter who had a terrible stomach virus and was having a hard time getting back to her regular diet. Dr Juergens adjusted her and her nausea subsided. She was able to start holding down food after that. My daughter loved Dr Juergens and was very comfortable talking to her, and said she felt a lot better afterwards. Dr Juergens helped me with nutritional and wellness suggestions, and treated me for foot, joint, and back pain. Her demeanor is very friendly and kind. She spent a lot of time listening to my concerns and giving me helpful advice, along with my adjustments. I always feel so much better after I see her. I started visiting Juergens Chiropractic in August 2018 to find more natural and holistic solutions to common ailments such as headaches and general aches and pains I would normally try to soothe with over-the-counter NSAIDs. The first issue I needed help with was jaw discomfort, as I had been starting to grind my teeth at night and clenching my jaw due to stress. Dr. Dave was thrilled I realized that chiropractic therapy also included jaw realignment. Needless to say, regular visits to Dr. Dave and/or Dr. Tiffany (I've seen both) have made a huge difference with my jaw. Other things have improved such as fewer headaches. Well, today, my back pain recurred. I called Dr. David Clark's office and left a message very to the closing time on Friday, thinking that he would not be able to see me until Monday. Guess what? The service extremely poor . Called the office and was told they took my insurance with a referral. My doctor's office faxed referral 3x with confirmation . The front desk at Juergens Chiropractic staff kept telling me for over two weeks they never received fax. I also gave them The actual referral number along with my Optum Insurance phone number which they can verify online . Finally, office called several weeks later to say they got the referral and told me I can schedule my treatment only to tell me almost four weeks after I had provided them with the referral info that apparently my insurance not accepted and offered me a self pay option . I called my insurance and was informed Dr. Juergens chiropractor in network . Their front desk staff says their chiropractors are not in network and refused to call Optum when I told her I had just gotten off the phone and confirmed Dr. Juregens in network . One week went by and office never called back. I think it's a matter of office being dishonest and being selective in which patients they want coming in and preferring self pay . They offered me self pay option and I said why would I pay out of pocket for the weekly treatments when my insurances covers it ? At first they said I had copay and I told them my insurance says there is no copay for just the treatment . It has been a very poor experience with this practice and I can not recommend this place . read more

I can't recommend Juergens Chiropractic enough. Dr. Juergens reguarly treats my kids and me, and I don't know what we'd do without her. She kept me in great shape throughout my last pregnancy and since. She helped my 2 year old recover from a broken leg. She helped sort out some digestive issues with my baby. I teach childbirth classes in the area, and I invite Dr. Juergens to speak to each of my classes. She gives them really helpful tips in class, and has treated many of them with great results. From bringing much needed relief to moms who had spent months in pain to turning breech babies, my students always have positive feedback after visiting both Dr. Juergens and Dr. Clark. I've also seen Dr. Clark on several occasions and have had great experience with him, too. My daughter was afraid of him at first the first time she saw him (she was afraid of all men at the time), but he was so great with her, it only took a few minutes for her to be completely comfortable. I used to see another chiropractor in the area and was there for an hour every time I went, and felt like they were always just trying to get me in more often (they wanted me there 2-3 times/week), whether I needed it or not. I have never felt that kind of pressure from Dr. Juergens - I've always felt like she has me come as often as I need to and never more. The office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as well.
