I called Employees First Labor Law to ask for assistance regarding my grievance against my…read moresupervisor for labor harassment and FMLA retaliation. Within minutes, Oliver called me back ready to hear my case. I felt like Oliver genuinely wanted to help me because he listened intently as I provided information and I didn't feel rushed at times when I couldn't find the tight words to explain. Going against one's employer who is more powerful and influential is not an easy decision and most of the time people have gone through something traumatic and don't move forward with their complaints, especially if they don't feel confident with the support and resources they have. Oliver is very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and discussed my options. He was not pushy and suggested I take a couple of days to think about how I wanted to proceed with my situation. Oliver was responsive, always ready to help and had excellent communication skills. I'm so glad I found EFLL because the great reviews don't lie! EFLL treats their clients with utmost respect and integrity. Thank you, Oliver and EFLL team!

Attorney Michael Yap practices socialist justice in my opinion and experience with him. He doesn't…read moreappear to care for the rule of law or fiduciary duty to his client. He never once replied to a email sent directly to him, and never answered any questions I asked him regarding my case. He failed twice to meet me in-person when he took my case and was not interested in viewing evidence of Workers Compensation Fraud by my employer Fabrication Technologies Industries and their defenseattorney Justin Der. Michael failed to appear in court twice, once recently August 26, 2026 and he sent a newly employed so-called attorney who didn't have a business card and who provided a phone number that was no longer in service when I called it. This firm is a mill style legal resourse and if you have any knowledge of the legal system and procedural due process, they just ignore your case and your rights in my opinion. Trust these other reviews like you would your freedom and constitutional rights with Hitler... Its been 5 days since my trail date and no contact from Michael Yap....

When I awoke I learned that my left Femur, Tibia, Fibula, and Calcaneus were broke. My sternum broke which damaged my heart. Ribs 5-7 broke (left side) My nose and jaw were broken and I had 2 strokes. I had just picked up my 6 year old Son from school, he died instantly. This accident wrecked my life. I was in chronic pain, I limped and my brain wasn't working like before. I had a Paralegal apply for SSA on my behalf and of course got denied the first time. I appealed and got a letter stating they are sticking with their first decision. A disabled Friend told me I needed to get a Lawyer asap and he knew a good one. Keith called me and was pleasant, and you could tell he was passionate about what he does for a living. He does not appreciate the government making life difficult for people trying to get disability. He is a good man and his heart is in the right place. He explained what I needed to do and filed the paperwork for me asap. He kept in constant contact and communicated clearly what I needed to do and what he was going to do. He was much more like a Friend than a Lawyer. With his help I got disability. I recommend you have Keith help you. Don't start the process yourself like I did, that will just waste time and makes the process more difficult for Keith. Have him help you immediately. I assure you that you won't be disappointed. He knows exactly what to do and is confident. NOW GO GET WHAT IS OWED TO YOU!!!!
