Karis walked me through the process I'm detail and made sure I was aware and confident with the next steps. She is a gem! read more

If I had known what my experience with Solimon and Rodgers would be like, I would never have signed with this firm. People hire a workers' compensation attorney because they are already struggling with the workers' comp system and need someone to advocate for them, help them obtain medical care, and guide them through a process that is extremely difficult to navigate alone. Unfortunately, I do not feel that I have received that kind of representation. I signed with this firm approximately a year ago, and I honestly feel as though very little has changed. I have gone to multiple medical appointments where doctors have continued to document that I need further care, yet I am still fighting to obtain basic treatment. One of the most frustrating examples has been an MRI that was requested in June. It is now August, approaching September, and I still do not have the MRI completed. The scheduling process has involved One Call, and I continue to be offered locations more than an hour away from my home as though that is a reasonable solution. Meanwhile, I am still dealing with the same workers' compensation adjuster I had before hiring an attorney and many of the same problems obtaining care that caused me to seek representation in the first place. What has been even more disappointing is the lack of communication. At the beginning of July, I sent three lengthy and very important emails detailing concerns about my case and asking specific questions that I needed my attorneys to explain. Those emails contained information that was extremely important to me. I did not receive substantive answers to those questions. As a client, that leaves me feeling ignored and unsupported. When you are injured, in pain, trying to obtain medical treatment, and depending on your attorneys to help you navigate workers' compensation, communication should not feel like another battle. My personal injury attorney recommended this firm, and that recommendation was a major reason I decided to sign with them. Had I found them on my own and known beforehand what my experience would be, I would have made a different decision. At this point, I genuinely regret choosing this firm. In my experience, I have not seen the benefit of having workers' compensation representation when I am still fighting many of the same battles over medical care that I was fighting before I had an attorney. read more

My case is still ongoing, but I already know I would have missed so many important details without the invaluable help of Solimon | Rodgers. Eugene Cruz, my case manager, has been exceptionally kind, helpful, and responsive, and he has even offered thoughtful advice on matters that do not directly relate to my case. It is rare to find someone so genuinely supportive and willing to go the extra mile. I am very grateful for the help I have received and 100% recommend them. read more

It was impossible reaching them afterward--total nightmare once they got paid. Would never recommend to anyone, and I didn't get back what I deserved. read more

It's very hard to get someone that handles your case on the phone, they don't call you back and everyone that answers the phone give you very different information. I did win my case and is waiting on my check. read more

I don't normally like to write reviews, but today is an exception. I retained Solimon Rodgers around 6 months ago, and my case is already settled, awaiting payment from the insurance company. They delivered an impeccable service, most especially Kevin Anzaldo, the gentleman assigned to my case. He's very knowledgeable about my case, professional, and very compassionate about my situation. I would recommend Solimon Rodgers, P.C., to my friends and family. Thank you, Kevin Anzaldo! read more

I must admit that I was skeptical at first. I did not expect anything to come from my case. They noted that if I didn't get paid they didn't get paid. There was no real risk for me. They really went out of their way for me. It was way more than I expected. I highly recommend them. read more

Food is tasty!! Service was fast and great!! Place was clean and seating was plentiful. French fries were really good.

Horrible service, lawyer only shows up for court date but can not answer any calls or return. Very unprofessional service that seems like they are not on your team unless they are pocket invested in your case. Leaving large doubt or worry in leaving my case in their hands as it is my well being is in their hands. Seems to has no value for hard working people who are looking for help. Called 6 times with no response from my lawyer. read more

I recommend Peter & Alan for any workers' compensation case. They are knowledgeable, professional, and truly care about their clients. From the start, they guided me through the process, answered all my questions, and fought hard to get me the compensation I deserved. Tim was very helpful throughout the deposition which was difficult for me to get through. They made sure I understood every step. If you need a dedicated and experienced legal team to handle your claim, they are the lawyers to trust. read more

They claim to be "Kings of Workers Comp", but they are a joke. The communication and customer service is the worst. If they know they can get you big money for your case they will put the top people on your case instead of having a revolving door of their rude incompetent staff working your case. They will go as far as to lie and try to discredit their own client! Yes that is right, they did that to me! What legal firm does that, you might ask? Solimon Rodgers that is who did! And it starts at the top with Peter Solimon himself. ALL please be aware when thinking about using this firm. But if you are already a client be very careful and stay on top of your case and keep good records and logs. After each call transcribe that into an email to the individual whom you spoke to with details about what was discussed over the phone. Crazy to think that Solimon Rodgers would force clients to have to do things like this to protect themselves. If you cannot trust your own attorney who can you trust? Instead of having to go against the opposition I had to defend myself against my own attorneys as well. Very sad. All I can say if you choose them to represent you, make sure to have all communication in email because they will lie and deny things or ignore it. Keep great records, do not delete anything. Trust me you will need it. If you look at their FB post they only post their big six figure case wins. All to get new clients. They deserve $0 for my case, however that is not my decision. Thankfully I always keep records and do have proof to back up my YELP review In a nutshell, what I have witnessed as a client of theirs and how they "worked" my case and the cruel treatment I had to endure by those at Solimon Rodgers, is unethical practice & major misconduct. read more

Absolutely amazing service. The attorneys were friendly, helpful and gave wonderful results. Their team is invaluable, top notch, and a pleasure to work with. I recommend them to all who have a case. The best lawyers amazing !!! They got what I was well deserved and compensated 10/10 lawyers thank you for fighting for me

they represent me and I've called over 20 times and cannot get a phone call back. they try to double talk you . be careful.

Told them to drop my case and they didn't . Then I had someone email me about a disposition. I emailed back saying I wanted to drop my case. Then someone named Alan reached out to me saying he would send me the paperwork to sign . He never sent paperwork, instead he reached out to a family member of mine. Seriously ? These people are pushy and don't understand what drop the case means. Also no one ever picks up when calling. Unprofessional and pushy. Dont trust them. read more

Hello, The service I requested was legal guidance and assistance for reimbursement for all the overbearing work and trauma from my job at the time which was HMS HOST. The value of my case was significantly difficult to settle upon but I want to give a big thanks to Jonathan Vogel for allowing me to enjoy the accommodating value of my settlement. The firm will only take %15 out of your settlement which is a good percentage in my POV. Overall, very Much appreciated & would definitely recommend !! read more
