I was referred here by an acquaintance of mine whose father is a client. The woman I spoke with at Graiwer was very unpleasant and unhelpful. She was very flat, monotone, uninterested and all around rude and she would repeatedly talk over me. She was dead set from the start in not representing me nor even evaluating my case, before even bothering to hear me out. It is very difficult to find anyone anywhere who is helpful, caring, etc, especially somewhere as awful as Los Angeles. If you are seeking legal representation of any kind, do not waste your time contacting this firm. Trust me, I've already been through everything and I know what's what, so to speak. Can't even call them because they're not open until 8am , that's assuming you can get anyone to answer a phone. This law firm did excellent work for me. After being ignored by my first attorney then represented by another firm which I chose because they are so well known. My mistake because they were not at all capable of handing my case. I was referred to Graiwer & Kaplan by a trusted source. Even though my case was a mess when I brought it to the firm, Ms Riddick agreed to take my case and resolved it within a couple of months. after 5 years of regretfully hiring their services for a work related injury, still staff and attorneys remain clueless on my dads case, each time there's a court hearing a different attorney handles the case without having much information, after several years of going to their doctors and therapist, and numerous court dates in 5 years still staff and attorneys don't know how long more or even have an idea, he gets same responses after 5 years, as the 1st day that he wrongfully stepped foot in their office. must be ashame to conduct a legal business is such a poor manner, they seem to be more focus in advertising than actually closing cases. read more

Worst attorney for workers compensation, they delayed, and lied about work that they said it was done but wasn't. I was in top of my case and I find out that they were not doing what they were supposed to , attorney Kaplan apologized for the fist Mess up but the second time I had it. because of this mess up my case now is delayed 3 months . This firm is all about volume not about quality work specially the employee Marsha she doesn't want Clients to ask to many questions about their own case is not to her advantage because she likes to take her own sweet time. It's good that the Attorney always records what he's going to do and when, in front of their client so I used that to showed them that their work is not done like the Attoney says he's going to do. Not sure how they are as attorneys, as I've never spoken with any of them. However, I work for a group of physicians in Beverly Hills, and I've left dozens of messages with this office asking for workers compensation case statuses for at least a dozen applicants, and I NEVER get a call back. Ever. Not even once. I have to call and complain to the receptionist that I've left several messages before I get an exasperated, irritated assistant who may as well answer the phone with "WHADDYA WANT???". Based on that response, I wouldn't even consider this office for representing me in workers compensation or personal injury, because if the staff can't even answer a simple "is this case still open?" question for physicians that are helping their clients, I wouldn't trust them with my own personal injuries. You'd think I was asking these people to show up to get teeth pulled. One star is too many. read more

Horrible service, they spelled my Employer's company wrong. Messed up on my birth date and date of injury. This people are very sloppy and dont care for your case. I left tons of messages on the phone and get delayed or sometimes zero responses. When I called in to complain , I feel like I am the one who is giving bad service. This law firm does not deserve any stars! They are the worst. They straight out told me that the assistants do not take phone calls through out the day, they just see people when they come in. So since no one answers the phone you end up waiting all day in the reception area to talk to someone. Therefore, the assistants are too busy talking to people who can't get them on the phone that they can't follow up on anyone's cases! So going in to see them really is worthless. The receptionists are rude and of no help, they have no customer service skills and are highly unprofessional. The attorney (at least Grawier) is a self righteous jerk who talks down to you, if you are lucky enough to speak to him. Our case has been going on for over 10 years and they still act like its the first time they see the file when we go see them. Its sad that their clients feel that they have to put up with this kind of service. I do not recommend them at all, in fact I strongly urge you not to hire them as your attorney. read more
