What an amazing office . I called and to my surprise Brent (The Lawyer) picked up the phone. He doesn't work in the area I was looking for help but he was able to recommend two lawyers. He took the time to listen to me over the phone and gave my information to another law company . What an amazing place . If I ever get anything needed in Brent area of practice , I will surely reach out to him. Thanks again read more

I was personally referred to Duque & Price and I'm very happy that I connected with the firm. I was super stressed out after being rear ended a week before Christmas 2024 and being low balled by the other insurance. Ralph was excellent at intake and Racine Blanco is a amazing case manager. I only recently spoke with my attorney Jordan directly and he was also very personable, offering to help look over my auto policy to make sure I had all my needs covered. I have already recommended them to 2 other friends over the last year and plan to continue to do so. read more

I am happy about Duque & Price and the way they handled my personal injury case. This was actually the second time I've used them, and both experiences have been excellent. The first time I worked with Duque & Price was after switching from another law firm. My case with the original office was moving painfully slow, and communication was almost nonexistent. I felt stuck and would always have to reach out to the law office for updates, where there were none. Once Duque & Price stepped in, everything changed. They took control of the case, kept me informed, and pushed things forward. The process became smoother, clearer, and far less stressful, and they were able to expedite the case and close it out much faster than I expected, even when having to deal with the first law firm. What really stood out, was that they genuinely cared about my health and recovery, not just closing the case. They made it clear that my well-being was the priority and wanted to make sure I had the time I needed to fully recover before moving toward a resolution. That meant a lot to me and made the entire experience feel much more personal and supportive. Because of that first great experience, there was no question who I would call when I needed legal help again. Duque & Price was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They explained everything in plain language, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and made sure I always knew what was happening with my case. When I reached out with questions, they would promptly reply. They follow through, communicate consistently, and advocate for you every step of the way. Legal situations can be stressful, but if you're dealing with a personal injury case and want a law firm that's reliable, efficient, and genuinely cares about you as a person, I would absolutely recommend Duque & Price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

Upon visiting my chiropractor following injury from a car accident, I was referred to the Law offices of Duque & Law. They handled everything for me and should they not have been able to recover damages they do not charge a fee. Their case manager Aracely was incredible and kept me informed and supported the entire time. I wasn't expecting anything to be quite honest, but i did receive a settlement and am more than pleased with the results as getting into an accident is a very time consuming terrible endeavor for anyone. Much thanks to their diligent efforts and hard work! I very much appreciate it, and definitely recommend their services to anyone should they need representation. :) read more

A colleague recommended Jordan to me after I was involved in a car accident. I had never worked with a personal injury lawyer before, so I was unsure of what to expect. I had heard horror stories from others who had hired personal injury lawyers in the past. However, my experience with the Duque team was excellent. Ralph, Charlotte, and Jordan made me feel like I was their only client. They were attentive, responsive, empathetic, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. They took the time to guide me through the process, listened to me when I was stressed out especially early on in the process, and kept me informed of my case status throughout. I was involved in an accident where I was rear-ended but able to move both vehicles off the road and into a parking lot. Not a terrible accident. I had some pretty good pain the next day and went to a chiropractor to get some relief and make sure there was not some serious damage. After my workup and determining that I would need multiple treatments I did some research and found the Law Office of Brent A Duque. After a couple of phone calls I decided to go with them as my lawyer and from there things were a breeze. This was my first time ever being a part of something like this so I was not sure what to expect. Essentially they handled everything and I got to completely forget about any effort to get my claim dealt with. All they told me to do was focus on recovering, go to my appointments, and update them on any changes to my health. I am not sure what it's like to go through this without the help of a lawyer but I imagine it could be a real pain. Duque Law did a great job communicating and keeping me up to date on what was happening. I honestly couldn't be happier that I went with them. read more

I used this law office for an accident that I was in with my grandfather. They were so accommodating and understanding of our situation and our needs. Feeling terrible after our accident they came to our home so we wouldn't have to travel anywhere. When they came out they explained the whole process step by step in English and Spanish to make sure we fully understood the process. Ralph Anaya did a great job and made sure all our questions were answered. Aldo Figueroa handled all the footwork with the insurance companies and it was such a relief that we did not have to deal with the insurance companies ourselves. Jordan did a great job finalizing it all and Jana did an amazing job explaining and breakdown the settlement. They all really worked hard and fought for what we deserved and was in our best interest. We are pleased with the outcome of our case and I would definitely recommend this law firm. They work hard and are extremely fair.
