I preferred to hire someone local rather than corporate but, since I had a smaller job, I received a lot of "not worth my time" responses from other companies. Robert was the first who matched/beat the Ikea quote and I honestly think he did a better job than an installer who is loyal to Ikea rather than the customer. Notably, the Ikea planner added several panels that were not needed to my order but Robert identified the extra pieces so I could take them back for a refund. Saved me almost $200! Everything installed is level and secure and Robert asked questions along the way to make sure that everything was installed the way I wanted it. I plan to call him for all future Ikea installs and recommend him to anyone who asks.
