Milana Auto Group - A Mechanic You Can Trust for Life…read more Milana Auto Group 303 7th Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19805 302‑513‑2316 Hours: * Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM * Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM I have been going to Milana Auto Group for several years, and I can honestly say this is the best mechanic I have ever had. From my very first vehicle to the one I drive now, Ozzy has been the only person I trust to look at my cars. Every time I've bought a new vehicle, I brought it straight to him because I know he will give me the truth and nothing but the truth. What makes Ozzy different is his character. No matter how busy he is, if I stop by with a concern, he always listens to what I'm saying, and takes the time to explain what's going on. That kind of patience and kindness is rare. Recently, I was going through a lot personally, and on top of that, my car suddenly showed a warning saying "battery power is reduced." I was scared to even drive it. I went straight to Ozzy. He came outside, looked at everything, and instantly knew what the problem was. When he told me the price, I was shocked--but then he said something I will never forget: "As a goodwill courtesy, I'll take care of it." Who does that? Tell me--what mechanic does that in 2026? I dropped the car off the next day, went to work, and a few hours later he called to say it was DONE. What should have cost me around $1,000 ended up costing me nothing because he saw I was struggling and chose to help. That is the kind of man he is. Not to mention his staff--especially the gentleman I believe is his brother. They are all respectful, honest, and genuinely good people. They treat you like family, not like a dollar sign. Ozzy literally saved my vehicle. I was driving around with an issue that could have blown my head gasket at any moment, and with one look he knew exactly what was wrong. His knowledge is unmatched, and his heart is even bigger. For all the women out there who are tired of dealing with shady, dishonest mechanics--this is the place you want to go. Ozzy is upfront, patient, and explains everything clearly. No games, no tricks, no runaround. I will never take my car anywhere else. He has earned a customer for life. If you're looking for a mechanic who truly walks the walk and talks the talk, Milana Auto Group is the only name you need. Thank you, Ozzy. May God continue to bless you with many more customers, because you deserve every bit of success that comes your way. L.

Dempsey's Service Center is truly a gem…read more I discovered them less than a year ago when my longtime mechanic, whom I loved, became so busy that appointments were being scheduled weeks out. I needed to find a reliable shop that could help me when unexpected issues came up, so I searched online for the best mechanics in the area and decided to give Dempsey's a try. I'm so glad I did. Every time I've needed them, they have made an effort to get my car in quickly. I drive an older vehicle with more than 100,000 miles, so repairs and maintenance are becoming more frequent. The team is always friendly, patient, and willing to explain what is happening with my car in terms I can actually understand. I also truly appreciate their honesty. Because I am working within a budget, they clearly explain which repairs are urgent and which ones can safely wait. I never feel pressured or as though they are simply trying to sell me unnecessary work. During my most recent visit, I heard a strange sound coming from underneath the front of my car. One of the mechanics rode with me so I could help pinpoint exactly what I was hearing. They inspected the vehicle, found the issue, and had it fixed within a matter of hours. To my surprise, they did not charge me for the repair. Dempsey's has become the service center I trust with my car, and I plan to continue bringing my vehicle to them for future maintenance and repairs. In a time when genuine customer service can be difficult to find, Dempsey's stands out. From the wonderful people behind the counter to the knowledgeable mechanics and consistently positive outcomes, they have earned my trust. I feel very fortunate that I took a chance on this business, and I would confidently recommend Dempsey's Service Center to anyone looking for honest, dependable, and caring automotive service.
