The process also involved multiple delays and reschedules, and despite trying to be understanding about weather and equipment issues, the final result still left us dealing with additional cleanup problems and unresolved concerns. Overall, this experience was stressful, poorly communicated, and not what we paid or planned for. I would strongly encourage others to get every single detail in writing before hiring this company.

I started a full season service with Portage Turf this Spring and have been amazed. Their pricing is great value and transparent (and maybe lower cost than doing it yourself), communication before and after each service is superb, ease to do business with is second to none, and my lawn is already starting to recover after many years of neglect. When onsite, the technician (Dan) works extremely hard and even clears up the drive and sidewalks with a blower when he is done. Just outstanding and so glad to support a local business.
