Our septic tank hadn't been pumped in well over a decade. It's a seasonal house, but it had still been entirely too long. We didn't even know exactly where it was, but Frasier & Son spent the time in the rain looking around for it. When we found it, full to the brim (no surprise, but lucky it hadn't overflowed), they pumped it out for us. They also were amazingly friendly as they explained what was going on, let us know what we should do in the future, and cleaned up after themselves.
