He mumbled threatening giant repairs on the phone about opening walls, changing out major pipes and so on but that he wouldn't know until he looked at it. He never mentioned it was an emergency call. He and a helper after minimal investigating found my toilette tank bolts were not tight. The helper tightened them in under 1 minute. They were in and out of my house in less than 12 minutes and said the call was an emergency and charged me $341!! Tom S. is correct this guy is a price gouger and ought to be avoided at all costs! Considering reporting him to the attorney general's office as well.

He called me in the morning on the day of our appointment to verify the time and location. Pete diagnosed my issue but asked lots of questions and was very thorough before making a decision about how to fix the issue. I saw a review with someone complaining about his prices. Guess what folks? A knowledgeable plumber is worth their weight in gold. They deserve what they are paid as they are experts in a critical field. Most importantly, Pete is an incredible human being. Talk to him and you will feel the same way I did. Skip the big business plumbers and go with a local option. Pete gets my recommendation without hesitation.

I called him on a Saturday and left a voicemail not expecting a call back until Monday, but I was pleasantly surprised that he called me back just a few hours later and apologized that he didn't call back sooner. We were able to schedule an appointment for the next day, we texted some photos and the clear description of what the issue was, and he came with all the parts to fix the issue in a single visit. While he was not cheap, it would have saved money if we called him first instead of calling and paying the two other plumbers for their attempts. He's our first call going forward for any plumbing issues
