And the Sales Manager were very prompt, polite, helpful and responsive. Before driving 30, or so miles (betater than 36), one way, I've seen photos of the 2022 Bolt EUV. And, the 2 colors I was looking at were Silver Flare (not in stock, but at a sister dealership), and Grey Ghost. Sadly, in person, the Grey Ghost color was darker than I wanted (the website picture looked lighter than it actually is). And, I was considering the Silver Flare, but it would be 48 hours before it could be delivered (though they do have at-home delivery). And, while the EUV is comfortable (much better support vs the pre-2021 Bolt) to drive, from a safety standpoint (speaking as a former Driving Instructor for nearly 14 years), I didn't like the size, location and operations of the brake lights. On at least one of the Forums for the Bolt, I read several posts on how one poster has been nearly rear-ended 2x. And, another actually got a ticket (in Nevada) for the brake lights being too low; not funny, but I still LoL at it. Despite the hatch mounted fixtures that look like taillights, the actual brake lights / turn signal and 4-way Emergency flashers are located in the bumper, about 25 inches of the ground, which is within regulations. But, the 2" x 6" size, and being located in the bumper, is, for me, too dangerous (besides inattentive drivers, drivers tend to look directly ahead. And, based on the Forum posts of being rear-ended, I decided, from a safety standpoint, not to buy the vehicle. :-( Though for sure, once I decided not too, there was a noticeable difference in attitude (negative) from the Sales staff. Hence, the 4 Star rating.

I'm sitting at an auto shop right now and the owner just called for a part and was quoted less than what I paid for the same part a week ago. He didn't even mention that he had a shop, he just heard mans voice and decided to give him the real price. So I called White Brothers and pretended I needed a price quote. As soon as I told the guy what car I had, he immediately said "I thought the other guy was talking bout a Kia Reno, I misheard him". Before I even mentioned I knew that he was lying. So he was wrong and he knows it and I told him that on the phone too. So if you wanna do business with lying cheats, give them a call!

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Stephens Automotive. They are a highly…read moreprofessional group who helped us out immensely. We are from South Georgia. We broke down on our way to Arkansas. We were meeting up with family members also going camping in Arkansas. Our daughter and her family lives in Lizella right outside of Macon. Our truck pulling a 38' camper broke down. Engine lights flashing, gauges overheating. Well you get the picture. Our daughter-in-law recommended a place down the street from their house called Stephens Automotive. We came in limping late Thursday to Arrowhead campground. While we were parking our daughter-in-law went down the road to talk to Stephens. She explained our situation. We were to leave with the group at 5AM Friday. Surprisingly the owner/ manager said to come on over. They would look at our truck. You NEVER get a place to see you if 1- show up on short notice, 2- have deadline, 3- have never met or done business with, 4- around closing time and 5- present them with no chance of repeat business. These wonderful people took our truck, hunted down the parts we needed, and made repairs. In less than 24 hours we were back on the road to Arkansas. If you ever need mechanical assistance go to this local shop. The work is top notch.
