On top of that, it is combined with their sister brand, Carter's. The store itself is very clean and well put together. Although the shelves are stocked well, they are not too crowded. It clouds my brain to walk into a store and see so much clutter you can't even comprehend it. Thankfully, this store is not that way. All of the Oshkosh brand is on one side, all of the Carter's on the other however, you can cross in between. The Carter's side is just as well kept as the Oshkosh side. Also, you can use either coupon you may have on your total purchase when you shop here. For example, if you have a Carter's coupon but your items are Oshkosh, you can still use it. How great is that!? Whoever came up with this combined store idea is a real life genius! Last but not least, the customer service is great. Each time I've come here I have been greeted with smiles. I've also been asked if I need any help just enough to not be neglected but also enough for me not to feel suffocated. I've also been given plenty of help trying to put outfits together. The shopping center is brand new and the store is like no other Old Navy I've seen. Maybe because it is brand new. It's CLEAN, zero clutter and very friendly staff. Parking was not a problem, but I'm assuming because all the store fronts have not been leased yet. Get here while they're still new!! We were in line maybe 15 minutes. They had a great system to move the line along quickly and efficiently. The main reason why I went to this Ross was because it was conveniently located next to the shoe store I frequent + it's in a fairly new shopping plaza. I have to say that it was pretty well-organized and I hardly had to do any kind of digging. Sections of the store seemed a bit sparse, but found most of what I needed. Their "electronics" selection had mostly headphones, speakers, phone chargers and mobile phone car docks (which I needed). Surprising enough, I found shoes (in my size) that I really liked. Since children outgrow clothing very quickly, it is very rare I buy expensive clothing for my daughter. I got her 3 different (but cute) outfits here! For the kitchen, I needed a small saucepan and most things they have at Ross are minimally damaged (or not even at all), so they are deeply discounted. Guess what? Found one that Master Chef cooks use! I was done shopping within 30 minutes, so I was happy because I truly dread spending time at a store. The customer service was great here, even when I had them double check if all magnetic tags were removed from my items. Have you ever had to remove one of those yourself? I have... not fun!!!

After my experience at Belk today, it's no wonder they filed for bankruptcy four short years ago. I…read morespent over an hour in our local Belk cesspool. After wasting what felt like a significant portion of my life searching through the disarrayed shelves of dress shirts, I was informed that the card readers were not accepting debit cards. Conveniently, they were accepting Belk's money-grab credit cards. I would expect a sign to be posted alerting potential victims of the outage; no information was conveyed whatsoever. The woman behind the counter refused to take any responsibility, claiming "Yes, they should have put up a sign." She, too, works at the establishment, and could have put up a sign herself. As far as my thoughts on Belk, I'd put money on bankruptcy number two coming soon. I'd prefer to drag my feet across a cheese grater than return.
