I understand you are a Very busy woman with a lot on your hands. But that doesn't make it okay for you to be passive aggressive with your possible customers my fiance and I personally came as a customers ready to bring one of your lovely birds home. Via recommendation of some friends who had purchased birds in the past. My fiance asked a few simple questions about some of your birds prices and dietary needs because he knows very little to nothing about parrots and the care they need. You very passive aggressively told him nothing and what little you did answer you spoke as if you have the right to disregard a customer trying to learn. Your staff member other other hand was incredibly helpful and kind. PLEASE IF YOU'RE HAVING A BAD DAY REMBER FIRST IMPRESSIONS REALLY DO AFFECT PEOPLE'S OPINIONS. You honestly do have a wonderful shop with amazing birds and honesty have the local bird market in grasp. Unfortunately you did lose a few customers over it because honestly u are priced above market alot and we refuse to support anyone or place that is down right rude. Even the grain-free and hypo-allergenic varieties at PetCo had something in it she was allergic to. It was getting to the point where I had to decide if I was going to feed her food I knew was going to make her sick or have to make all of her food for her. Thankfully, K&M opened. The first time I went in and told the staff what I needed, they walked me through every bag of food in the place and went through the ingredients with me until we found a brand that would work. The staff continues to recommend new treats that fit with her diet, and even let me know when one of the varieties I buy was changing their formula and adding an ingredient she was allergic to. This store is an AMAZING addition to Casper and Casper pet owners.

She also explained that there are no electronic vaccination files at the facility. We offered her an approximate time and since we couldn't remember the month she was "unable" to find them. Of course, no business files things this way. It would have to be the least effective method in the history of record keeping. Could you imagine the doctors office not asking your name to reference your history? Well same goes for pets. I resisted the temptation to ask what the 3 computers that were within eyesight were used for but left instead feeling lied to. ASST. MANAGER offered no solutions, help and was rude.
