I've always liked going here…read more When I was working on a plumbing project a friend told me to go to 3 Brothers plumbing and heating supplies. I went, but they have LOUSY hours, are expensive, and not only didn't have a few things I needed but told me they aren't even made anymore. So, I went to my trusty Daniels' instead, like I should have to begin with. Amazingly they had the very items I needed, including what I was told was not even made anymore. 3 Brothers completely lost my business after that. Even if Daniels doesn't have it I will NEVER go there as they are blatant liars with crappy hours. I love going here to be able to get one or two bolts, or nuts or whatever, instead of an entire package. For a small store they have almost everything I ever need for my projects or home maintenance. The staff is always friendly and greet you when you come in. They are always asking if you need help. If you need help and they are not right there just go to the counter and they will help. Unlike at a big box store when you need help and you can't find a stinking soul to help you. lol. They will talk with you about what you are doing and looking for and can make suggestions or will look for an answer. At a big box store once you DO find somebody, half the time they can't help and have to get somebody else. So, their hours are great. Their staff is friendly, helpful and around. The selection is great. And their prices are not bad either.

We purchased a dishwasher from Daniel's. The installer installed the appliance crooked. The first…read moretime I called they never got back to me. The 2nd time I called they refused to remedy the problem, stating that the warranty on the install had expired. I have since found out that they use subs for their installs. I would not recommend this company due to their poor customer service.

We have been seeking someone to look at our Bosch Dishwasher for sometime. It had a warranty…read moreremaining from Bosch and they sent on of their contractors out. His diagnosis was that we don't clean our dishes well. He basically berated us. Then I go to Yelp and Daily Home Solutions responds quickly. I explained that hat was happening and he quickly told me he can look at it. He sent a request to pay the initial service fee. He scheduled an appointment and updated me when he was close by. He had the part, very professional, wore a mask inside. We don't require it but it may have made him feel more comfortable . He was polite, he immediately knew the issue and began resolving the issue. He got 50% completed but the part that Bosch sent him was incorrect. He carefully showed me the part that he had didn't have a chip inside. The one I had did have a computer chip that informs on how to drain. Quite interesting. He came back the next week, installed the part quickly. My recommendation is this gentleman for any appliance issues. I know my first call is to him. He's prompt, professional, great conversationalist, overall superb service.

While the warranty company ultimately reimbursed us, it was Eddie that came to the rescue! Further, Eddie was able to diagnose the problem and solve it in 15 minutes - the other companies wanted me to remove the wall oven (about 400 lbs) from the wall. This really demonstrated for me the common-sense, tactical approach Eddie applied versus the other technicians' sledgehammer-on-a-fly approach. Yes, I fully recommend this service and Eddie!

SCAM ALERT! DO NOT…read moreHIRE THIS CON MAN! My dryer was working but only pushing out cool air. I hired Precision Appliance (I later learned that it's just a one man company of Gerrick) to fix the issue. He disassembled the dryer and tells me the problem "could be 1 of 3 things" and that he will need to charge me for 3 parts that he must order. He wasn't sure how long the parts would take to come in. This sounded odd, but I deferred to the professional. I asked that he put the dryer back together before he left. He absolutely refused, took a deposit of $125, and said I would owe an additional $200 when the parts came in, whenever that would be... He then left with my dyer unusable (far worse off than before I hired him) and in pieces, left trash and about 8 screws in my driveway! On top of all his lies, he was incredibly unprofessional. Constantly yelling, rather than being able to have a conversation. I called the company to ask for another technician to service my dryer when the parts were ready. Gerrick answered and SCREAMED like the angry & unhinged man he is. I hired another company to fix his mess and repair the dryer. The total cost to the new company was only $138 and ZERO new parts were needed! Learn from my mistake, and find ANY OTHER REPAIR PERSON!

In my opinion, anyone would be well advised to avoid having anything to do with this company. The…read morefirst reason related to their technician, Garrick Reeves. First of all, his technical competence borders on marginal to totally unsatisfactory. Let me explain. I had problems with all of my Kitchen Aid appliances at the same time. The dishwasher did not drain and water hoses on the side of the cabinet were leaking. Likewise, the refrigerator's ice maker was not working. Finally, while moving the stove to clean behind it, the door became detached and I couldn't get it back on. Garrick Reeves was the technician from Precision Appliance Repair who came to my home for the repairs. He was able to get the door back on the oven, but had to partially remove the trim vents between the door and the warming drawer. He just left it partially detached, and said maybe I could get the trim reattached. Without pulling the dishwasher from under the counter, he ordered a new drain pump. There was no examining the unit; he simply ordered a new pump. When he came back to install it, he found the broken hoses on the side of the cabinet were proprietary Kitchen Aid parts and could not be replaced. So I paid for the cost of the new pump and its installation for a dishwasher I had to discard and replace. The real incompetence related to the ice maker. Again without diagnosing the problem, he disassembled the ice maker. He said he would have to order parts and come back. He left the parts he had removed in my kitchen sink. He ordered a part and installed it on June 5. It did not work, so he would have to come back again. On June 18 (13 days later) I texted him and asked when he would be back to install the parts he had ordered. He came out, and said he didn't have any idea what was wrong, and "maybe it's time to get out the manual". He propped buying virtually all of the parts that could possibly be defective, and he would replace them one by one until the problem was fixed. Again, no diagnosis or any idea what he was doing. On June 21, he drafted my bank account for $750.00 to buy the necessary parts. Not $749.22 or any other amount, but $750.00 exactly. That would be an amazing coincidence if the total of replacement parts would total the exact amount of $750.00. On July 5, I told him I didn't want him to proceed, and told him I wanted a refund of the $750.00. On July 25, I texted Garrick and told him I had not received the reimbursement. On July 24, he said the check would be refunded in "about a week". On August 19, I texted him again, telling him I had not received a refund check. After repeated texts (which he ignored) on September 27, He texted me: I'll have to send you a personal check. I guess you didn't get the last one that was sent out. On that date, he said "Give it about 4 days". I have not heard from Garrick Reeves since. I have sent texts, left literally dozens of messages, and I hear no response from him. I asked him why I was waiting on a personal check, rather than a company check. No response. On November 2, I texted him that I would sue him in Magistrates' Court, which requires no attorney and costs only $53.00. Again, there was no response. I thought I would go to his place of business and meet with someone there besides Garrick that could resolve this. And I did intend to go to Magistrates' Court. But first you have to have an address to go to or to serve a court summons. There website does not give a street address, so you can't go to their business or serve court summons. Another website (not sponsored by Precision Appliance Repair), indicates their business address as 336 W 11th Avenue Homestead, PA 15120. Look yhis address up on Google Street view; it was quite a shock to me. Also, if you call their business, you are connected with a remote operator who has only the numbers for the technicians. You cannot find any means of contacting Accounting, Personnel, or Customer Service. Likewise, there is no way to contact any owner or supervisor. This company appears to be a sham, and Garrick Reed is, in my opinion, the most unscrupulous serviceman I have ever encountered. I say this because he took my money, did not provide the services, and would not refund the money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! It is not surprising to me that you can't leave a review on their website.
