I was told that they do not service vehicles over 100k miles and that the year didn't matter. I was not given any solutions. I was also told that they are privatly owened and have the right to refuse any vehicle. When asked why, I could not get any answer other than they can refuse and vehicle because they are privately owned. Both Ashley and Yolanda were condescending and couldn't care less about the situation. In this economy, they must be doing better than most companies because they can refuse services for no valid reason.

Their website says price plus all government fees. No where on their website does it say that there is a doc fee. They tried to charge me a $599 doc fee when they were coming up with the total purchase price. I asked them to take the doc fee off of the price and the salesman said no. This is deceptive advertising at its finest. He never even tried to take it to the sales manager to see if he would take off the doc fee. This is the first dealership that I have been to where a salesman never tried to fully help the customer. I can see why they have tons of cars on their lot. I would stay away from this dealership at all costs for their dishonest advertising on their website.

They made me an guarantee offer on my vehicle and I accepted but then the games started! Several times they schedule with me, having me take off from work to make time frame, only to ghost me or reschedule with me way after the agreed time they didn't show for and me having to contact them asking "wth". They made up lies to try to not have to honor the offer. After a month of this back n forth every other day or so, they messaged me saying they finally had a trailer and can come get the car! So they were ghosting me the whole time because they didn't have the means to even get the car!
