This review is for a recently delivery order…read more Pros: the delivery was fairly quick. Right at an hour on a Friday evening. There was a confusion in the payment (I paid online but the delivery driver tried to charge me), and when the driver called in about the issue the manager took care of it. Cons: when I submitted my online order I immediately noticed a mistake that I had made. I called the store within 1 minute to fix the issue. The guy on the phone said he need to check and make sure the original order hadn't already been made. He put me on hold on a speaker phone for 17 minutes. During that time my wife called and they put her on hold for over 5 minutes. So we called a third time and asked for the manager. The manager was courteous and apologetic for the hold time. I still give 4 stars because they were good to work with and the delivery was fairly quick.
