My buddy picked this place for lunch. Big menu with a lot of American pub fare. He had a California…read morechicken sandwich and I had the chicken parm. We both enjoyed our meals and commented on how much we liked the atmosphere -- sports bar, but nice and clean and still family friendly. The waitress was great at accommodating our slower dining pace as we caught up with each other. All in all, a great meal!

Riverside Pizza & Pub is one of the better hangouts for those having good times. A wait is worth it mostly. The prices are okay for the big portions. Coming in here it was a few minutes before getting seats at the bar. It's often a longer wait for getting a table. There's often games people are watching. A great place to come for it. Has plenty of big TVs on the walls. It's about $8 a pint for local beers. That's kind of a lot. A lot of cocktails are cheaper at happy hour. It's about $11 for a martini. These of course go pretty great with Italian food and they're cheaper at the happy hour too. It's about $13 for the Build Your Own Pasta. You choose sauces and toppings. Of course pizza is the main thing to get. There's a lot of great specials Got stuffed eating so much from here. It's got a couple other locations which are pretty much the same things to get really. There's always a crowd especially on weekends.

Tucked away in a strip mall set back off of Route 59 is this new to me restaurant and bar. But I…read morethink they've been there for about nine years. Parking was easy. Getting a couple spots to sit was also easy. Getting and keeping anyone's attention was not as easy. It was a busy-ish Trivia Tuesday and they seemed to be well staffed but both people behind the bar that we tried to make contact with breezed past us a lot. Despite that, we did eventually try the $5 margaritas which packed a nice punch. We also went with a pepperoni wrapped and deep fried cheese stick. Clearly not a premade product from somewhere else...the sauce was great while the cheese stick lacked pepperoni flavor even though we clearly saw some in there. It was more boring flavor wise than expected but a really great concept! Our Foo pizza was ordered without the cilantro but also arrived without the jalapeños. Again, another great concept but this one lacked on the execution side of things. Not enough BBQ sauce at all (I'm not a huge sauce girl, but this was way too light), soooo many fried onion strings clumped together (and I love fried onions...soooo), missing the spicy component in error.... But the crust was great and cooked nicely, the pulled pork was delicious when you found a bite, the bacon cooked perfectly and the pineapple portion was good. Why four stars instead of three? Clearly they're using quality ingredients. This is huge to me! Restaurant felt, looked and smelled clean. Conceptually they've got some awesome menu items that make me want to come back and we already mentioned to friends of ours. And the drinks were solid. We will take a different approach next time and hopefully add this one to the rotation.

The gluten free pizza is completely undercooked, dough is almost raw. So, after 68.00 spent, both pizzas are going in the garbage. Very upset and frustrated to spend that much money on terrible pizza. I can't believe they would allow these pizzas to go out the door like this. I am calling management now. UPDATE******* The GM Billy responded to my issue promptly and refunded me my money. He was very apologetic and embarrassed our pizzas were delivered in that fashion. I am pleased he responded so quickly and resolved the issue appropriately.

If you think Lou Malnati's is just about the pizza, you're missing out on half the magic. We had a full spread tonight and every single dish was a knockout. * The Pizza: We started with the Deep Dish Malnati Chicago Classic™--that buttery, flaky crust is truly in a league of its own. But don't sleep on the Thin Crust Cheese. It's rare that a plain cheese pizza stands out this much, but the quality of the mozzarella and the crispness of the crust make it a must-order. * The Starters: The House Salad with their signature House Red Wine Vinaigrette provided the perfect bright, acidic crunch to balance the meal. We also added Lou's Bruschetta, which was elevated to the next level with fresh basil, balsamic, and generous shavings of Parmesan. * The Sweet Finish: We usually skip dessert, but the Chocolate Chip Carol's Cookies caught our eye. We almost went to Chick-fil-A for a cookie fix, but I'm so glad we stayed. These may look smaller, but they are "power-packed" with massive chocolate chunks. The flavor profile is exactly what a world-class cookie should be. The Verdict: High-quality ingredients and consistent flavor. Whether it's your first time or your 50th, Lou's never misses.
