The meatballs seemed to be overworked, dense and kind of dry; the main problem was the lack of seasoning between the meatballs and the tomato sauce (really could have used some garlic, oregano, basil, etc.). We did enjoy the flavorful pizza but the crust was super thin and flimsy, which made it difficult to get a slice from the pizza pan to your plate with only a fork--you don't get a spatula, besides the fact we prefer a crispier crust.

Cooked evenly and well, flavorful and perfect temperature. 1 person in our party is gluten free so they ordered a bunless burger which was also cooked well and tasty. Overall, we would dine here again and recommend the restaurant.

#08-2021 well, pulled into the pilot truck stop again at…read moremiddlesboro Kentucky I was hangry wanting something to eat didn't want what was in there wanted some pasta. so I called down to the Pizza hut down the road do you deliver the pilot? they said yes we do. great. put in my order a meaty marinara with the breadsticks wanted the marinara sauce hot a lot of times it's cold please don't forget forks cuz it's hard to eat pasta with your hands. do you want something to drink well not really I'm here at the pilot they got all kinds of stuff in here but she's like well it's for our delivery there's a minimum, she said there's a 12 buck minimum got to have something else added in I said throw on a diet Pepsi. phone girl says it be out there in about 50 minutes to an hour. so I wait............ and I wait....... hour 5 minutes goes by I gave them my phone number as asked they could call when they got there so I called back up and I say hey where's my food this is Kevin down here at the pilot. first thing they say is well your food should have gone out cuz we don't see a ticket for it okay, however we're short drivers and we only have one so they're bundling up orders okay? well this isn't like my hometown where there's neighborhoods, this is like out in the sticks where probably each delivery is who the hell knows how far I think. but the other woman says if it doesn't come in a half hour call back and talk to the manager. so I wait.............. and I wait........... 37 minutes call back say hey this is Kevin the truck driver down here at the pilot how's my food coming I didn't get it in a half hour? they tell me they tried to call numerous times but they couldn't get a hold of anybody I said really? so I said did you call my phone number and I gave it and they said oh it was a different number so she gave me the manager Jason. Jason said one of the other managers was actually making deliveries trying to fill up for the orders okay fine but the problem is it's now been over an hour and a half and I still ain't got my food.. Tummy starting to grumble and I'm starting to GRRR. he said I'll tell you what I'm going to do I'm going to make your food fresh and I'm going to have it come right out you'll be the only one they're going to send it right down we're just down the road. I said I know problem is I can't get my big 18-wheeler in there I already know that I seen it when I drove by. . so he said I'll make you another one into the oven it'll go what did you order again??? so I repeat back a meaty marinara pasta dinner with the breadsticks heat up the marinara sauce please and make sure you have silverware and a diet Pepsi. about 16 minutes later Pizza hut car cruises in food's here great got silverware yep got diet Pepsi yeah looks good to me so put the food up in there open up the box he's long gone gave him a tip cuz he didn't do nothing wrong and no marinara sauce :-| now I'm past hangry I'm peeved. but I said screw it it is hot that's all that matters they didn't bring me out some cold food so I proceed to mange. well I'm inhaling my food the other dude shows up hey I got your food I'm like huh?? he's like you ordered food they didn't you I said yeah I did I've already got it I talked to Jason the manager they've already remade and sent it out to me he's like oh cool you want some more I said no I'm not a pig I'm just a glutton had a laugh about it but I said no I don't want it I have nowhere to put it in the truck and I only want one meal anyway. so the fact that they did bring me the food and recooked it it was hot even without the marinara sauce my belly was smiling when I was done therefore I'm giving it the three stars although it should be two and a half this was my first time calling using this place but all at all I finally ate and it tasted fine the pop was cold so that's it.

One time I asked for cheese in a small cup for my nachos because they barely put any on there. Literally like 4 drops. The funny part is, the lady goes back to talk to ask the manager and then he comes out to tell me "next time it's 35 cents". I just said okay and walked away with my half filled cup of cheese. Another day, I ordered a mexican pizza. They probably put 4 pieces of beans on there. Like it was just two of those nacho circle things with no beans at all (not joking). I went and told the cashier and she looked at it and said sorry about that. And then asked if I'd like beans in a cup instead??? I said no, can you make another one? And then she went back to talk to the supervisor and she got the okay and I got another pizza. Yes they made me another pizza, but what if I was in the drive-thru and already home?
