They are famous for their taco pizza, which I happily ordered. My family also ordered the Bavarian and said that they truly enjoyed it. What's also wonderful is that they have gluten free crust available, which is perfect as one of my family members has a severe gluten allergy. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and seated quickly. It did take a little bit before our server came to take our order. I told them I am 70, don't drive, and live a half mile from the store, which is why I ordered and paid for delivery. After talking with staff, then the manager, I asked for the contact info for the district manager and they refused to give it to me. Contacted customer service the same day and they said they will refund my money. Offered a lame apology, and ended the call. They finally refunded the money today, September 2, 2023. I will never again do business with Casey's and recommend that everyone avoid the Marshalltown, Iowa Lincoln Way store.

I tried to calmly explain that I was there before the posted hours, but she immediately snapped back, "Well, we're not serving anyone else, so you can leave." At this point, I was shocked by her attitude--no apology, no explanation. Just an attitude that could only be described as *Karen* level drama. She didn't even offer to let me place a quick order for a pizza to go or anything. It's like she thought her job was to make customers feel like an inconvenience. I even asked if I could just get a pizza to go since I was there in time, and she actually laughed in my face before shutting the door. Seriously? Little Caesars, get it together.
