The crust had a great texture, and the combination of savory toppings, melted cheese, and sauce made every bite enjoyable. It was filling without feeling overly heavy, and I would definitely order it again. I also tried the Sweet Basil Strawberry Lemonade with Tito's, and it was the perfect drink to pair with my meal. The flavor is better than most gourmet-style burger places yet the price is cheaper than most fast-food places for an improved quality and quantity. We have ordered a few pizzas for pick up and they are always hot and taste amazing. Their crust is the older style thin but slightly thick which gives some chew to it. The grab-and-go slices tend to be warm to hot but yet still full of flavor even when they have been sitting for a bit in the warmer. The pizza is just the right amount of thin but has more dough than most chain store thins which gives it structure and flavor.

The crust is made so thin that after loaded up with sauce, cheese and a variety of toppings, just turns into a mushy mess and never gets crusty! I realize that this may seem like a small issue, but the reason I come to Papa Murphy's is because I want to enjoy hot, crusty pizza with quality ingredients. I can get mushy crust from Papa John's. After trying the store in Webb City and the store on 32nd street in Joplin, I have had the same results from both. By following the directions and trying to remove the pizza from the paper to put it back on the rack to allow the crust to harden up and reach the proper crusty texture, it tears apart trying to remove it from the tray and promptly becomes a pile of cheese and mush. I have also tried to cook the pizza for much longer than your directions state, as well as cooking it on a pizza stone, to see if that will change the results, it does not. I don't know what has changed over recent years, but I can tell you that as a long time customer, I am incredibly frustrated with the product quality of the thin & crispy pizzas. It truly saddens me to know that at this point, I can get better results from a Digiorno frozen pizza with regards to texture. To make matters worse, I'm not sure that the chain really wants feedback on their product. I've tried to submit a review twice in the survey directly for Papa Murphey's but the web page will not let you submit the information entered. I truly wish I could offer better experience at this point. My family has used Papa Murphy's for years, but we are just about frustrated to the point of finding a better way to get pizza.
