No communication from the wait staff about the wait, no apologies; nothing. We had to go up twice to the counter to check on our order. They acted nonplussed, as if this was how things are supposed to be run and that we were the crazy ones. No one came to check on us after we got our drinks. Clearly, they were disorganized. When we finally got our pizza, and cut it ourselves, the pizza flopped down, causing all the toppings to slide off. That's not how a pizza is supposed to act if it's fully cooked. They are advertised as a BBQ restaurant but BBQ is less than half of their menu. We had the cheesesteak sandwich (solid B+) with a side of corn nuggets (not homemade but really good!) and boneless wings (good) and a baked potato. We are always cautious with baked potatoes because a lot of restaurants don't bake them until they are done. This potato was great. Fully baked and steaming hot. The food was solid and served pretty quickly. The restrooms were clean but not spectacular. Service was great. They were moderately busy and my drink was refilled twice. They were friendly.
