It was to be ready in 25 minutes or so. So I arrived at 20 minutes. Called to let them know I was here. Called 15 minutes later to ask about the food. The person came out and said she didn't know I was here. Needless to say the food had already been sitting around for 10 minutes. Luke warm and soggy. Either they don't have enough staff, or their communication systems don't work in their new location. Oh, they called me about 10 minutes after I left. Their system lost my payment. I'll see if I was charged twice or not tomorrow.

Don't throw in a new pizza without asking the customer if they can wait. Accept the loss for your error While waiting around also noticed the lack of caring about keeping things clean by the state of the buffet and overhead other customers complaint about their food while waiting.
