I ordered a thin-crust mushroom pizza for myself because I do not eat meat. I'm also diabetic, have multiple sclerosis, and am disabled. Instead, I received a half-pepperoni/half-cheese pizza that I did not order and could not eat (I don't need to explain why, it's personal). Mistakes happen. What really bothered me was how they handled it. I called and asked them to remake and deliver the pizza I had already paid to have delivered. I was told they would remake it, but I would have to come pick it up myself or accept a credit. I'm disabled. There is a reason I ordered delivery. Making a disabled customer drive to the restaurant to correct the restaurant's delivery mistake is not an acceptable solution. I had not eaten all day and was expecting to finally eat around 6 p.m. Instead, everyone else in the house had dinner while I was left without the meal I ordered. After five incorrect orders in one year, this is no longer a one-off mistake. This location needs better order verification and a better policy for correcting delivery errors. If you deliver the wrong food, the solution should be simple: deliver the right food. I will not order from this restaurant again and we own a house in this town.
