I have seen birrias tacos on the menu at a restaurant only one other time and they are a real treat. The Flame's version of that dish was fantastic. I always enjoy when the chef asks me "how is the food" and I tell him (in this case) muy bien. The stream of take out food was constant during the time I was here. It was a Wednesday night. So that tells me the neighborhood has caught on to this place. If you staying in a hotel and sick of looking at the chain restaurants, make the drive and treat yourself to birrias tacos. Cheers!

We had to ask for silverware twice. My husband ordered a sausage sandwich with waffle fries. He was brought a large sausage pizza. When we told her that wasn't what he ordered, she went to the register and told us it said a large sausage pizza. We told her he ordered the sandwich and she just asked if we still wanted the pizza. We told her no, he wants the sandwich with waffle fries. She said that she changed it for us and then walked away. No apology. No consideration. He was brought the right order by another server. She then came out to ask if we wanted refills. We said no but we were still awaiting a Caesar salad. For the next ten minutes, she was gone. Other servers were stopped to ask about the salad. She finally came by the table but just said it would be out in a few minutes and walked away. It was brought out a few minutes later. The lettuce was topped with Parmesan and then hot chicken. The lettuce was wilted. She never acknowledged or apologize for her mistakes. Needless to say, the tip reflected her service. Even 10% was more than she earned. Very disappointing as we have gone to Scorno's restaurants frequently over the years.
