Her honesty and integrity mean everything! If she can't do something she'll tell you. The things she fixed for us are well done and I couldn't be more pleased! Leslie took care of some home projects that have been needing attention for a while now. She replaced a broken bathroom tile and matched the grout, she replaced our downstairs toilet mechanism, and she removed our old shower caulk, cleaned it so it's like new and put down new caulk. It's like new!! She is thorough, professional, and made sure the job was done right. And my dogs like her - I trust my dog's judgement of character.

She looked at the, explained how she'd fix each thing and got our approval. We got a helpful estimate of costs and she came out and did the work. The work is quite nice and professional and price very reasonable. She was also amazing with our grade-schooler (home for the summer and prone to want to "help") and with our dogs. We will definitely be calling on her again as needed. So glad we found her.

One of our automated shades had given up on life, and after weeks of frustration, Brandon not only answered immediately but showed up at our door in 10 minutes due to a cancellation--talk about timing! He fixed the main problem in minutes, then worked his magic on several other shades that were slightly off. His time and effort likely saved us thousands of dollars in future repairs or replacements. And for all that, he charged just $130--far less than we expected for such expert service. Brandon may not have a huge online presence--but trust me, if you need help, stop searching and call him. Upon the completion of the project, I eagerly gave Tom and ACT Landscaping a very good review. I…read morewas happy overall with the finished project and Tom's communication skills. Unfortunately, I am going to have to revise my review due to his lack of communication AFTER the project was completed and my review was already submitted. During the project, Tom was always reachable and he responded timely to my concerns whether it was through text, email or phone. After the project was completed, it became almost impossible to get him to respond and take action to solve an unexpected erosion issue. The warranty clearly states that they will repair any patio as a result of normal wear and tear for a period of one year. After only four months, one corner of the patio eroded to expose the edging and stakes. The first time, Tom sent someone out to add dirt to the area. A few days later after a rainstorm, the area eroded again. I emailed Tom and asked for a more permanent solution to the erosion issue, and he replied that he was going to take care of it. I waited a good three weeks and there was no response. I emailed him again, and he said he was busy with another project and would come out the following week. I waited another two weeks and then called him directly. There was no response so I left a voice message. I waited for him to call me back, but he didn't. A couple days later, I left another voice message. Now, it's been two months, and he hasn't called, emailed or texted me. There is now snow on the ground. At this point, I don't know if it is worth it to pursue this any further. It is a waste of my time and resources to try to get a response from this company. This project cost me thousands of dollars. Clearly, they are only responsive when they need the rest of the payment. Once the job is done, they feel they have no more reason to address concerns. After this experience, I will definitely not recommend ACT Landscaping to anyone.

Upon arrival the work looked to be at least 20 years old, but turns out was just installed by Act landscaping 2 MONTHS AGO!. I couldn't believe what i saw.. The installation was the absolute worst i have ever seen.. She mentioned that they were very easy to get ahold of during the project but once he got his money he has since Dis appeared. She has tried to call them for the past 2 months to get them back over to fix or give the money back, no answer. I even tried calling a few times and no response.. It makes me sick that there are companies out there that will do this to someone.. She is taking them to court now and will have to go through this renovation again.. At least this time around a company that ACTUALLY knows what they are doing will get the project done correctly. Please do a little research before you hire this abomination of a company..
