Twice in the last year I have been lied to by the company, saying that the dumpster was blocked when I had moved said vehicle the night before. Lies. Nothing I hate more than liars. If you can make it to the person working the cash register near the exit scale they are very courteous and good communicators. But be forewarned, you get what you pay for. Entire parking lot - if you can call it that - is all filled with massive sink holes that fill with water in the rain and turn the entire area into a muddy no-man's land. Workers directing traffic are extremely disorganized, often yelling at me in Spanish and giving awkward hand gestures. I'm pretty sure one of them was expecting me to drive my rented Uhaul over a pile of loose garbage, which was littered everywhere by the way. Not to mention they always try to stop me when I'm leaving to tell me to go back to the weigh scale and I have to show them my receipt.

There is little to no organization and no attention to detail. Several of our orders "got lost" or were "back ordered" and some were inaccurate after being promised a delivery date. We ended up having to pay for items that were 3 months late! The only positive thing, was their price. But in the end, the extra work and expenses we incurred, including renting furniture to cover for late items, and then having to pay for items that were 3 months late and we no longer wanted because we had already purchased replacements from a new vendor, helped us re-learn, you get what you pay for. If you roll the dice and do business with this firm, make sure you have a delivery commitment date that allows you to cancel with no penalty ... but I recommend going elsewhere.
