I offered to drop them off, to avoid the fee, and was instructed that there was NO WHERE to do that; but if the people buying the house continued service, they would credit the return fee. What .... basically, there is no way to avoid this fee. Just another way to get more money out of you! Their service was/is TERRIBLE and we NEVER complained, and now they want a recommendation from us!
