Even better, he mentioned that he worked at Bennett. He checked my car over while it was still by the side of the road, told me what he thought the problem was and translated it from car-speak into dollars for me. The next day, I was able to pick up my car at their shop. It was back to running like new, and the cost on the repair was very close to what he told me he thought it would be.
