First I'd like to express my appreciation to the wonderful case club personnel. You went out of your way to provide me with a solution in time to meet my moving deadline. (We sold our California house and are in the process of moving to Tennessee.) After explaining to Case club what I needed, they checked their inventory and got back to me the next day. I ended up ordering three rifle cases, one with custom foam for five lever action rifles, and the other two with foam around the edges back on top. I also wanted a pistol case with foam around the edges and top in a fairly good size. Unfortunately, due to the types of supply problems everyone is experiencing during Covid, the pistol case was not in stock. However case club found a solution. They called back and offered to provide me with a pelican brand case instead of a case club brand case, in the same size. Problem solved! Being familiar with pelican cases, like almost everyone else that's heard of the brand name, I was very surprised after I received all the cases and found that the case club brand cases are far superior to the pelican brand case. If you want a case take my advice and if you have a choice get the case club brand instead of pelican. Here are the differences: Although case club and pelican have the same number and general placement of latches, the pelican latches need to be pried open and are stiff enough to be difficult. The case club brand latches, which are about a half an inch wider, have fingertip releases on the back of the latches so that by squeezing the latch between thumb and finger the latch easily releases and opens. Latches on both brands appear to be similarly secure. The other significant difference is that the case club case has metal lined locking holes (for padlocks) across the front and on both sides of the case. The pelican case only has metal lined holes on the front of the case. Minor differences include the hinges working more smoothly on the case club case than the pelican case, the texture finish (case club cases appear to be a little more smooth finish) and the pelican case has "PELICAN" in large capital letters across the front of the case. These minor differences probably fall under the category of personal preference. Foam in the case club and pelican cases were identical because all of the foam was custom installed by Case club. In summary, five stars to case club! Superior customer service and superior quality. Clearly a one stop shop for gun case needs. These are not my first gun cases from case club (see metal briefcase with custom foam sitting on the pelican case in the attached photo) and certainly won't be my last! Very well designed and the Customer Support is about as good as it gets, especially these days. I'm all about safety. I really enjoy going to the Range but must admit the method I had been transporting my guns was less than acceptable. I have a few handguns that I wanted to be "more professional" about transporting. If you Google "gun cases" you will find a myriad of options. But when it comes to hard-sided cases, cases with wheels, or cases that can accommodate 5 or more semi-automatic AND revolver handguns, the choices quickly get very limited. My analysis kept coming back with CASE as the best choice. But since I am reluctant to buy products without actually touching them (sorry, I am old school), I decided to contact CASE and found that they were just 15 miles away. "Amanda" (one of their sales support people) immediately responded to my question whether they had a showroom. They did not but she followed up to my question saying she would get someone to bring a couple out from their manufacturing area ... and just to let her know when it would be convenient for ME and which cases (with whatever options) I wanted to see. Given that the price and size was the same for a 7 gun case with integrated wheels that would handle both revolvers and semi-automatics, I only needed to see one. And was I pleased. It is very solidly designed and stores all my handguns securely and safely. It has 4 slots for for full-sized magazines and a side storage area that easily accommodates 2 sets of muff-style hearing protectors, 2 safety glasses, a bore snake, and some more ear plugs. At 12" long, 5.5" deep and 3.5" wide it is not huge. But it handles everything I have to have at the range other than targets and ammo. And you NEVER transport ammo in the same space as your guns! And in person Amanda and all of her team mates at Case were extremely patient and professional with me. I am almost embarrassed to say this but it was about as good as a buying experience you can have. She even arranged to have the optional locks installed on the one I was most interested in! And my Case gun case is exceptional. But if you get one, the optional locks are truly a deal. And you have a choice of TSA locks too at a price as low as you will be able to find at Wallmart. The ONLY thing I might recommend is that they add a very short brochure that shows how you can modify/customize it. For instance, instead of putting all my ear muffs etc into it I could have used it to professionally hold about 10 more magazines. And you should probably have a pair of long nose pliers to pull out foam inserts that you will no longer need. From my engineering perspective, this case was very thoughtfully designed (right down to a positive locking tab for its tote wheels). Check out my pix. read more

I purchased the case for a 24" iMac with an extra monitor (https://www.caseclub.com/product/24-imac-case-with-included-24-monitor/) on 4/11. Received the case on 4/14. I have taken the fully-loaded case on 8 flights so far, all within the US, as well as a 4 week road trip, packing and unpacking the case nightly in a new location. With the purchase of the case I also bought two TSA-approved locks. On my first flight TSA took one. On my second flight TSA took the other. That is annoying but obviously not Case Club's fault. Also on my first flight TSA pulled some of the glued-in foam away from the inside of the case. I put a note on my face-down iMac asking them NOT to do that! In all of my travel so far, I have not had a single issue with any of my equipment. My iMac has arrived at my destination in great shape, working just as it should. No cracked screens, no shaken hard drives. The second monitor has also been in great shape. The fully loaded case is 43 pounds, so well under my 50 lb limit. I will be traveling to the middle east in a few weeks with this and expect no issues. Just in case, I have also put in an AirTag so I can track its location at all times. I gave this case 4 stars because my ONLY complaint is a big one, which is the wheels. The only way to move with this case on the ground is by pulling it behind you. I would LOVE to have four wheels like a big suitcase that would allow me to push it while it's upright. Having to pull 43lb while also having a 40lb suitcase, a backpack, and a carry on is very cumbersome when I can only pull this case behind me. Other than that hinderance, this case is incredible and worth every single cent. read more

I picked up their house brand universal rifle case with the convoluted foam. I figure that since I travel with a variety of firearms I don't want to get locked in with doing a cutout type setup. Nevertheless, the case seems well built, good latch design. Not overly heavy either, which is good since the stuff that goes inside tends to push that airline weight limit pretty fast . The price was fair , people were friendly and prompt ( I did a will-call pickup ). They also offer custom foam cutout service, which I may explore in the future. All in all, happy with my experience and the product is nice at a reasonable price. Recommend checking them out if you're in the market for an airline friendly case for your toys. read more

Im an engineer for the company I work for and I needed to find a case to fit our new product. I emailed Darren at Case Club and he gave me multiple options to choose from and scheduled a visit with me at his location to take a look at different cases. Due to other priorities, I let the offer fall to the side for a few weeks and I was not hassled or "blown up" for pushy sales pitches and calls (a rarity once a company finds out you're interested). Once I emailed Darren to follow up, he still quickly got back to me despite the hiatus. I went to their office and Darren quickly found us a case that ended up working perfectly. We emailed him a few more questions about laser cutting foam and custom designs, and to my surprise, they can do it all. I have been shopping for a case for my GoPro equipment . I've been here before and have referred some people to buy here. So I decided to go back. After some research I found the case I wanted for $13.00 less at a competitors website. I called to see if they would match the price. When I called Elsa (I believe that was her name) answered and was very nice and helpful. I told her what I wanted then gave her the competitors website to price match. She found it and said she would have to call me back she needed to find out if she could do it. She called me back about 15 min later and said they would be able to match if I brought in a print out of the advertised price. I asked why if she was looking right at the advertisement. She said let me transfer you to my manager. After a two minute hold she came back and said that's the only way we could match the price. I had already explained that a friend was picking it up because he was in the area and could not print it out. She said sorry there was nothing she could do. I know it's not her fault but the manager's. He/She could have said We'll print it out come on in and pick it up! I know it's only $13 bucks but that's not a good way to handle that especially since they're the one advertising "LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE" Went with 2 stars cause I've been helped here before and know that my friends have been taken care of before. read more

I purchased the ps4 gaming station with 24 inch monitor. I think this extremely well made & thought out. There is compartments for everything that comes with your ps4. I dont have a lot of disks, so i use that space for my portable hard drive (which being a ps+ member you get free games every month). Theres an underneath compartment for more games which i use to store my motion controllers. There are strap to hold your playstation in place so you can transport the case & not worry the console is banging around inside. removeable speaker's (stored under the console portion) are used for audio & are pretty decent (i can hear them on any game/show and its well heard above the my own LOUD RV air conditioning units) the screen is crisp & clear & definitly big enough @ 24 inches. It has 3 handles to be carried 2 diff ways or it can be wheeled around like luggage as it does have weight once you add your console & accessories. the latches click into place when closing & disls but an extra lock in it so it wont pop open! Plus small steel holes next to it for any padlocks you want to add. Its been a few days now & i am just really happy about my investment in this product. i would highly recommend to anyone with a ps4 or an xbox. if we get stimulis money anytime soon i am going to buy the VR headset case, cause i am just so happy about this product. read more

Overall I had a great experience ordering a gun case from Case Club. The price to order off their website was $10 less than on Amazon so I decided to order off their site. I called customer service after an initial billing issue (which was on my part) and they picked up within a few rings, to my surprise it was a real person who answered! We got the issue cleared up on the spot. I called again a few days later to get a tracking number, and they promptly picked up again and emailed me the tracking number within minutes. The two representatives I spoke to were helpful and had great attitudes. The case came via UPS and my boyfriend is very happy with it. The quality is great and it is very sturdy and attractive. It came with a blade to customize the interior foam as well as moisture removing packs. I am happy his guns can remain safe in a lockable case.
