The diagnosis showed transmission problem and a very expensive estimate. I was suspicious and left very unhappy. I was later contacted by CARFAX for a review and I gave a very negative response. I then got a response from Nunnally service wanting to address my concerns. They showed me the record of the check engine light and it proved that I had missed it ,then itemized every item of the repair estimate. I now realize that I was wrong about everything and took down my negative review that same day. I wish to apologize to the entire service department and regret any damage my review may have caused. I hope this makes amends for my mistake. Owen F

I purchased a vehicle from Nunnally Chevrolet in November 2025. While the initial buying process…read morewas relatively smooth, my experience since then regarding warranty fulfillment and customer service has been deeply disappointing. At the time of sale, I was heavily encouraged to lean into the protection packages. I was assured I had factory and powertrain coverage through March 2026, plus a one-year specialty warranty covering windshield chips/replacements, paint, and tires/rims. (This warranty is what really sold me on the purchase of my vehicle) Unfortunately, those promises have proven to be hollow. The Issues: Warranty Misrepresentation & Inconsistency: Every time I go in, it is a different story from the sales department. I bought the vehicle with two existing windshield chips, and my salesman explicitly told me to wait 30 days before filing a claim so it would be covered. It took three separate visits to finally get a straight answer regarding why it wouldn't be fixed, eventually being told that since the glass required replacement, they "don't cover that"--a direct contradiction to what was promised at signing. Tire Service: I experienced the same inconsistency regarding a nail in my tire--an item supposedly covered by my warranty. It took multiple visits to get any clarity, only to be told they "don't plug tires anymore" and that I would have to take it elsewhere to pay out of pocket. Missing Equipment: After a recent service appointment, my lug nut key is now missing. Because I didn't notice it the exact moment I left the lot, the dealership refuses to provide a replacement, leaving me responsible for their mistake. Communication Breakdown: I have reached out to three different staff members for quotes on extended warranties to keep my business with them, and I have received zero responses. A Note on Service: While my overall experience with the dealership management and sales team has been a very frustrating ordeal, I do want to note that the technician, Michael, is the only person there who has provided top-notch service. He is the only reason I've had any positive interaction with the service department. If you are looking for a "deal" that ends the moment you drive off the lot, this is the place. If you value transparency, accountability, and consistent post-purchase support, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

When I would accelerate the engine light would flash. They found multiple issues under the hood.. my coolant was leaking, I needed new spark plugs, coils and a new valve cover gasket. My oil was also coming out where the spark plugs are, to show me this they even texted me photos of the spark plugs and the engine. They broke down how much each thing would cost, even how much the labor would cost. Overall the cost is what I would have expected for labor plus parts and diagnostics. As you can see from the photos they provided me, there is oil on the spark plugs (not good!!!) Thank you for doing such a thorough check and when I need work done, I will be bringing back to them.

I went to pick it up the day before yesterday and the paint job was completely destroyed, splotches fully covering the right side of the vehicle. Then there were multiple scratches and large swirl marks where they attempted to remove whatever this substance was and further ruined the finish. They tried to claim it was like this when I brought it in. I produced a picture of my vehicle two weeks before they received it, nothing wrong with the paint job. Their employee Levi told me that my vehicle was dirty and the dirt remaining on my vehicle for six months caused erosion to the finish. So I asked him if they had knowledge that dirt remaining on a vehicle for six months would destroy the finish, why not give it a quick rinse upon receiving it? He told me that wasn't their job. Yesterday I took it to a paint expert and his diagnosis was not that the paint was eroded by dirt remaining on the vehicle for six months. He said it was chemical overspray that got onto my vehicle. I spoke to Kenneth the manager, sent the photo of my vehicle with no issues two weeks prior to them receiving it and they still refused to take responsibility and fix this mess they created. The first picture is my vehicle two weeks prior to them receiving it. A little bit dirty, but no damage to the paint. The next 3 pictures show the damage they caused to my finish. Whatever they got on it cause the clearcoat to erode and ruined my paint job. It's going to cost me thousands to repair this damage. I am heartbroken over this and would not recommend anyone bringing their vehicle to them for repairs!

I knew repair at the dealership would be too expensive, but independent shops were estimating all new catalytic converters and all four oxygen and fuel/air sensors. Estimated repair cost was half the value of the car. Yikes... Brought the FJ to Jessie, and they did a thorough inspection and analysis, even pulled a spark plug to check it over. Jessie gave me a detailed explanation of the results from the scan, including the readings from the sensors. His estimate was replacing the exhaust manifolds and upstream catalytic converters. Total cost was far less than the other estimates and they did the analysis at no charge. We set up an appointment and the repairs were made correctly.
