A few things to note: there is no room service (at least during our stay), the front desk closes at 9p - like most of the town, the vanity is a little dim for makeup and there are no vending machines or any way to buy drinks or snacks at the hotel. There is also a $12 parking fee per day that was not listed when we made the reservation. Overall, it was an excellent choice! Looking forward to our next stay.

The passes include a ride on their Inferno Mountain Coaster, the Alpine slides, Go Karts, Board/Boat trip in the lake and gold panning but we went on double ride day and had double the fun! Our half day passes were from 10am-1:30pm but we ended up staying until 3pm just enjoying the mountain scenes and Bear Bar and eats! We all agreed it was something we would want to do every summer. The views and adventures were incredible and we definitely made lifelong memories here. Note, strongly suggest you hit up the coaster, alpine slides and gold panning together as the Go Karts and Lake Adventures are more towards the entrance of the resort, but with the shuttle and awesome staff, it's easy to get there and they were super supportive of time restraints!

Their bookkeeping is atrocious and they treat renters and owners alike terribly. If you are an owner, they will systematically cost you money always in their own favor. In my opinion, they might be funneling money out of various HOA's and into their own pocket. It's hard to tell if they are incompetent managers or competent thieves, but either way stay away from them. They treat renters in a horrible fashion as well from what I hear. Terrible!

I asked for a rental history for a condo and I was provided a projection. Big difference. VRC charges 35% commissions which I think is exorbitant. We rented from them five years ago and the condo had several issues; burned out light bulbs, dead insects on window sills, beds were dusty, and the worst part was we had no water! Yes, you read that correctly. No water for almost three of our four day stay. Advice to management at VRC, step up your game! I could run that location better.

When we got our first payments for VRC and was shocked to see that we only got paid 90$ per night through VRC. This is a brand new renovation A-frame that sleeps 6 people, so we were shocked to see that is what we are getting paid. I reached out to Heather Dawson, who is in charge of this area and she said that due to our calendar being blocked out, which was lower in their rankings which is why the rates were so low. This doesn't have this in the contract anywhere and was completely unaware that VRC functions this way. So I reached out to Heather to see if we are allowed to possibly list it ourselves because we weren't expecting them to list it so low, plus then taking 35%. This was Heathers reply: I felt that the response was rude and very unprofessional. I was shocked that she replied "I don't think you want to honor your word" instead of just simply stating that it would be a breach of contract.. it could have been pretty simple. I then asked her for someone else's phone number in the company that I can speak to and her response was "I am the owner." The next day all of my existing reservations were no longer visible on the owner portal, and all of my reservations seemed to be canceled, just like that. With no one reaching out to me in the company about the matter, and didn't even have the opportunity to communicate to anyone else in the company about the matter, even after they said they would reach out. Beware of this company, I would look elsewhere for another management company.
