Ease Lending confidently took on the challenge and led us through the process expeditiously while keeping us informed at every juncture. Greg and Adele are extremely knowledgeable across all necessary disciplines lending, real estate and appraisals just to name a few. As first time homebuyers, we did not understand the extreme demand the short timeline would put on the entire team. Adele moved quick to lock our loan rate, and get us qualified for an Appraisal Waiver, which ultimately saved us both time and money (!!). Greg and the rest of the team made sure all four corners of the deal were squared away and every document requested by the lender was received. Ease lending communicated daily with both agents, loan underwriting managers, insurance agents and escrow office managers providing updates which became integral to our successful short close. We signed with the notary on Day 19, One Day Early! The entire team was fiercely dedicated to serve us as clients and had a keen attention to detail up until the very end. Late in the process, underwriting determined that the loan we had been discussing all along--based on financial information I had already fully provided--was not viable. No meaningful solution or accountability followed. This resulted in severe and significant financial impact, along with avoidable disruption. With proper diligence earlier in the process, this outcome and the financial impact I suffered could have been avoided.
