Kat left coloring sheets for all the kids before she loaded up the goats in the back of her car and left! It was GREAT!

I wouldn't use anyone else: * He helped me figure out what equipment was best; * Was cheery, informative and patient; * He helped set-up and stuck around to make sure everything worked correctly (Not just drop-and-run). I always feel in good hands with Ed. And have never had any problems, which can so easily happen in high-visibility public events, as I'm sure you know. In fact, Ed saved my tail, and the tail of a local non-profit, when a last-second computer fail arose (that had absolutely nothing to do with the equipment we'd rented from him). The laptop wasn't sending signals to Ed's large projector for a presentation being given by an internationally known speaker. Even though everything was working fine when Ed left. It was past the time when the speaker was to start, the audience was getting impatient, everyone else was nervous, and I was sweating buckets with no idea how to solve things. Luckily, Ed had given me an "emergency" contact number. He took a call even though it was in the middle of a restaurant dinner date, and walked me through the solution even though it had nothing at all to do with the equipment we'd rented. We gave Ed the details and he said he would provide a proposal in a day or two. We did not hear from him. As it turns out, after we asked why, he said he provides the equipment to the hotel's AV company and they are his "friends" -- he gets paid regardless. He claimed we did not provide him enough details about the set-up, but he did not bother to ask us! He called his "friends" and they told him differently, so he did not bother telling us he was in partnership with one of his competitors so they could charge a higher AV fee. You do not do business this way.

The resort's on site planners was competent but in the months that preceded the wedding planning from the US was necessary and ensuring the standard of excellence we were paying for made it clear that we would benefit from an experienced planner. Gabrielle's focus on our needs and budgets made this a wedding we will always remember. One note: a month after the wedding, our credit card showed that the resort charged us TWICE for the wedding! We used Picture This in 2017 for our first shoot of an educational video series. We found them to…read morebe extremely professional but what sets them apart is their willingness to use their expertise to be helpful. They secured us a great crew, all of whom were willing to jump in and lend a hand, including outside what was technically their individual job descriptions. Although we had a professional director, the manager of Picture This had a huge well of knowledge he was prepared to share with us. When we needed to film updates in 2020, we returned to Picture This without considering any other locations. Anyone can put up a cyc or a white wall, not everyone has the depth of equipment and personnel of Picture This. If we needed it, they had it, and their staff and contractors were again willing to use their expertise to bring our vision to fruition. We did not want some one camera boring shoot - this was a dynamic 4-camera shoot with audio and including dramatic, and real life scenarios. Picture This was able to help us bring our vision to film, and to helpfully make the world a better place by training first responders and emergency medicine personnel life saving techniques and tactics.
