If I could zero stars I would. I prepaid the deposit. I confirmed myself the night before the party. No confirmation from them. 15 min before the party started I got a call Spider-Man was not showing up to the 6year olds party who was expecting him. Being rush to the hospital w/ possible COVID throwing up. My question how could someone not know they were sick the evening before so they could be covered? Doesn't add up to me. I was offered someone to stop by at 430pm that same day. The party started at 10:45! It ruined the party. I had to email from my refund . I would think the owner should have done that immediately with out me having to send an email. What a bad mistake on my part to go with this company. Save your money and use someone you know someone else has used before that will actually show for your party . read more

Elsa and Anna were fantastic. They were prompt, polite, and entertained the kids with face painting, Princess makeovers, a coronation ceremony, crafts (beaded bracelets) and cake cutting. They made cute little remarks throughout about Olaf, Arendelle, being sisters, and being excited for snow. The kids were very concerned about how Elsa and Anna were departing. They very professionally had parked out of sight, so the kids watched in awe from the window as they left. I was a little concerned the week of the party because I called and left a voicemail (and my husband also texted) to add Anna, but we didn't hear back (after two days). I did reach them when I called again, and everything worked out. We were able to add Anna last minute. I highly recommend Elsa and Anna. They were fab! Amazing Fairytale Parties was the first company I contacted. I found them to be very rude and unprofessional. Regal Characters was the better choice. read more

Ariel surprised my daughter for her 5th birthday and it was better than I had hoped! The communication from the owner and Ariel prior to the party was very clear. As soon as she arrived she was very attentive to the birthday girl. She provided face painting to all the children in attendance. We loved that she did a little ceremony to make our daughter a princess. Highly recommend and would use this company again!! read more
