I was looking to build an 8ft tall fence 160 feet long. I contemplated building it myself and priced out the materials. I called cascade to receive a quote for what I was after. Their quote came back very reasonable and was about 40% less than another local fencing company I received a quote from. The fence post crew was great! They had to deal with my nosey neighbor yelling at them on how to run a string line, since he didn't believe I was building the fence on my property line. I am so thankful I hired cascade! My ground ended up being very rocky and there is no way I would have been able to dig and build the fence as fast as they did! The fence line is straight as arrow Theo whole way down! The fence posts took one and half days. Then after week later the fence board crew came out and knocked out the fence boards in about a day and half too! I would 100% hire them all again! read more

Our fence has needed replaced for a while. My neighbors have a double lot and the fence between them and our other neighbors fell over. The double lot neighbors got bids and ended up going with cascade fence. We called cascade and asked if they could do the fence between us and the other neighbors,not the ones with the double lot, and they were able to get us done at the same time. The day they showed up my wife happened to be home from work and asked them to fence in another area and add gates. And they did and it is amazing. They cleaned up every day and were very respectful. They were very reliable and completed the work on schedule and on time. They were able to shore up part of my fence which saved replacing that section. This is the second time I have hired Cascade Fence Company. The first time was to replace a pedestrian gate and double gate on the house I had just purchased in Everett. The work was done well and I was extremely happy with the new gates and they have stood the test of the time and weather thrown at them over the years. This time I hired Cascade to replace the entire fence surrounding my property (fence was 21 years old). My request for a bid was handled professionally and promptly and Cascade's pricing beat the other three bids that I received. The crew was out on time (9 AM) and they did a great job of demolishing and removing the old fence quickly. Our project was a tear down and complete rebuild. I will start by saying the fence turned out great. Just on the quality of the workmanship and design I would have given a 4 star review (the only issue with the work was some lack of care about existing landscaping and a crew member was caught drinking on the job.) The issue that I had was more based on the front office and their complete lack of communication ... after I signed the contract. Communication was great before signing. One of the main reasons I used this company was their generous time estimate. I have two small children and an active dog that made it difficult to go without a fenced yard for an extended period (I made this very clear). They estimated 5 days, it took more than 4 times that. The most frustrating part about the delay was the lack of communication as to why. Workers would show up and do a days worth of work and vanish for the next week without a word. When I was able to get a hold of a front office person I was told multiple differing reasons as to why delays existed, some of which were logical and some completely absurd. What it came down to is that they scheduled multiple larger projects around ours that took priority. If think for an open ended project this company will do a great job. If you care about respect for your situation and time I would strongly recommend against using them. read more

We moved into a new construction home and the land has settled a little over the past couple of years. Recently, a gate became out of alignment & has become difficult to open. When I sent them an e-mail, they had someone come out the next day to fix it. I didn't really expect them too, since it seems like 2 years would be beyond any kind of warrantee, but they really stood by their work & fixed it for free.
