Hire her for your next meeting or catering. We really like the punctuality a lot. I'm feeding a lot of hungry people.

The soup was fantastic, but the small salad and cold pasta, topped with a small salt block beef tenderloin was insulting. The staff could not tell a grapefruit from a mandarin based on the description of the bite size salad we were served. The wine pairings came out 15-20 mins before the dishes, so apparently we were supposed to stare at the wine and not drink it considering how cheap they were and did not offer refill pours. The staff was overly defensive and deflective when I brought things to their attention, including Shawn, the head chef How about you give me $240 a plate for Valentine's Day and let me serve you such mediocre dishes and let me see how you feel. I am not sure how quality was so lost over the years Never again....

Fast forward a few years and this guy and his crew continue to bring it like it's no bodies business! A love of all thing culinary, crosses with a love of community and topped with the realization that the area was in dire need of a foodie revolution, Fat Pastor Production was born. In the time they've been doing their thing, they've started doing boss level catering for groups of 20 to several 100, created "Urban Kitchen" a non-profit that brings at risk youth into the kitchen to teach them business, cooking and life skills, and established BITE CLUB - an underground dining club. We've had the privilege of partaking in each one of these forums and none has ever left us wanting! The catering has brought a new level of culinary delight to the valley. The dishes they prepare range from tried and true, to creative and dynamic. We've been at function of 25 and function of 200 where they serve and each time they bring their A game! The BITE CLUB (Capitalized because I'm always excited about it!) is in a league of it's own. They announce a themed dinner - ranging from classic French, to Zambian, to a 15-Mile dinner (where everything was from within 15 miles of the city), to fire roasted everything, to a guilty pleasures dinner, or THE MASTER CHEF SERIES - where fellow master chef contestants come and cook alongside the team. These are roughly 10% of what's been held in the past 18 months and each dinner is held at a new location. These have ranged from wineries, to private homes, an art gallery, on the fairway of a golf course, barns, and museums. They've become incredible at pairing food with atmosphere and creating experiences. One of the best things about Ravenous is that they will help you create the menu you want--meaning you don't need to pick a few things off a pre-built list. We knew we wanted an epic taco bar and Ravenous helped us build the perfect menu of appetizers, sides, and of course tacos with all the toppings you could ever want. Our guests loved that they were able to clearly see on the menu and labels what was vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free too. The food lived up to the hype and was tasty and fresh (something important to me)! My sister also claimed this was the best guacamole she had ever had. Ravenous was easy to work with and helpful with answering all our questions over the long time between booking/wedding date. On the wedding date, they worked so seamlessly with the venue staff and our day-of-coordinator my involvement was no more than a hello and thank you. I highly recommend Ravenous for catering your wedding. They book up fast, so if you aren't committed to a certain date it is worth waiting for.

My fiance and I first started talking with Toni about 10 months before our wedding. Toni was responsive and professional from the first email onward. She was so ready and willing to help us adjust/adapt to our budget, she was quick to recommend substitutions on food, and even helped us locate other wedding vendors. We loved her so much after our initial meeting that we added her on as our day-of coordinator as well. When we had to pivot our wedding plans due to COVID, Toni was more than happy to push back our contract at no additional cost to any available date. We ended up using her for drop-off catering for a much smaller, socially distant reception and the food was incredible - the boneless ribs are as good (if not better) than everyone says, the southwest salad is a perfect summertime mix, and the cornbread muffins we perfect. She even let us borrow some of her decorations for no additional cost! I can't wait to have her services again for our real wedding reception whenever the gathering restrictions allow. If you are at all hesitant on a caterer, GO WITH TONI! She will not disappoint.
