This…read morephotographer came solo to my son's daycare to take portraits of each of the kids in the outside playground setting. The portrait I received was horrible. The lighting was terrible, totally washed out with a green/yellow cast to it. This guy used a flash in bright daylight which did not make sense to me. When I called him, he blamed the terrible picture on the background and my son not smiling. I know it can be difficult to get a toddler to smile but a good photographer can still make the picture work. Instead of rescheduling with the daycare for retakes, like most professional photographers would do, he asked me to meet him at the arboretum for a retake, which is completely out of my way. I spoke with him a second time and asked if he can come back to the daycare. He said he will, but it's been 2 months now and no communication with the daycare on rescheduling. I heard from staff at the daycare that some parents did not get the picture packets and some got the wrong packets. DO NOT USE HIM. Totally unprofessional. I have spoken to the daycare and they are not going to use him again.
