Travelling through Florida, I naturally crave a good Cuban sandwich. While lots of places offer "their take" on the Cuban, I am disappointed more often than not. THANK GOODNESS for Cas Rojas. Not only do they make a genuine honest to goodness bonafide Cuban sandwich delicious enough to satisfy a snob like myself, but they offer a selection of other goodies including coffees, a wide array of desserts AND fresh bakery items such as Cuban breads, ladyfingers and crackers. The lady behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful, and really nice to my six-year-old and his "pet alligator" lol The restaurant itself is small but looks meticulously cleaned. Bathroom included.

Best Cuban sandwich I've had so far in SWF. Café con leche, espresso and cortado. Pastries as well. Eat in or take out.

Nice little hidden gem. These are the best places to get some legit authentic food. This place is a Cuban bakery with all types of pastries, bread, and some food options. They have a few tables but it's mostly a takeout place. I got the Cuban sandwich and it was incredibly good. Wow. Best I've had. It was Miami/Cuban style (shredded pork, ham, mustard, pickles, swiss). Pressed on the best, freshest bread. Wow it was good. It was HUGE. They have half a Cuban sandwich option so consider that unless you have a big appetite. They have other sandwiches too such as beef, chicken, pork, etc. Give it a try!

Split a Cuban sandwich and fries. Excellent!

Authentic Cuban food, best Cuban coffee and Cuban toast. Takes me right back to when I used to live in Miami.

Tried the guava and cheese along with the guava only filled puff pastries as well as a café con leche which were both good as anywhere else.

Save yourself a headache. Food is not that bad. Service is Horribly BAD. They actually did NOT give ICE for my can for soda.

What an amazing find! We have always passed this coffee shop when it was located on Marion Avenue,…read morebut we never went in. Now close to the dog park and Fisherman's Village, it's a real find. Plenty of parking including handicapped and a ramp into the shop. Lots of tables, high and low so you can enjoy your coffee outside in this beautiful weather. I went in and ordered a decaf cappuccino and it was done perfectly! I'm a coffee snob and my drink had plenty of foam and deep delicious espresso. I got Dave a caramel latte and a Hazelnut Sunrise Cream Pastry, while I had a Spinach Feta Lattice one. LJ was our cashier and another lady brought Freckles a beautiful pup cup with whipped cream and three doggies treats. They make their own whipped cream! Now off to Hounds of Henry Street so Freckles can run around after her special treat! What a beautiful afternoon! Next time we will eat inside and try the chocolate and wine bar!

Such welcoming and friendly staff! I barely opened the door…read morewhen this warm staff opened the door for me and welcomed me inside. This was my first time so she explained the coffee & tea portion and area. In the same shop there's also some unique wines for purchase, a chocolate area which is made in house! And even a wine tasting area. So awesome! Of course on top of that they sell all different types of coffee beans and some tea. I met my friend and we both got their coffee flight! WOW delicious and variety. It was a lot of caffeine but worth it and I was still fine to sleep that night haha, for my meal I got their breakfast sandwich, it was delicious and I love that it came with a side of fruit! I wish I lived closer but I will definitely come back here again. It's such a great idea, not just a morning cafe but great for the whole day. Some seating outside as well if you have a dog with you. Lots of parking in the lot and clean unisex restrooms!

On the day I came in, the card machine was down so it was cash only. The cashier kindly informed me…read morewhere the nearest ATM was, and offered to package up my donuts then so I could swing back around to pay when I got cash. She was very helpful and kind. The inside of the store is cute and has all of the donuts on display, as well as some seating. I ordered a mini apple fritter and a raspberry jam filled glazed donut. The apple fritter was served warm and had huge chunks of apple in it! It also had a really nice flavor, though it was a little greasier than I'd like. The raspberry jam filled glazed donut was definitely my favorite! The glaze was perfectly crackly and sweet, and the donut itself was so fluffy and soft. It had a very generous amount of that jam filling, which was both tart and sweet! Absolutely delicious and I definitely recommend this one.

What a great find! It's a small bakery but it sure delivers some delicious sweets! I can understand…read morewhy this place has good reviews and a strong local following- the line was out the door for service. Today I only picked up a few sweets - an apple fritter, a valentines decorated donut, a cinnamon role, a cup of coffee and one other sweet item. Everything was very good. The line doesn't move too fast since every person's order seems like a custom order that has to be put together, but overall the wait is worth it!
