They make it themselves & adjust the milk as requested. We tried another shop b4 this 1 & it was a machine that did everything & couldn't customize so appreciate these kids actually making it & being trained to do so. read more

Gelato, fudge, chocolate, candy oh my!! Smaller candy store with a nice variety of goodies. Located at the front of the Fisherman's Village center. The store does get busy so there may be a little wait but staff is friendly. When we came in there was a small crowd and only 2 folks working. They were very apologetic about the wait but were getting to everyone as quickly as possible. Loved that they had sugar free chocolate. I got the peanut butter cups of course. Peanut butter cup gelato! Do you know how difficult it is to find peanut butter in gelato? I've looked all over Croatia and the coastal United States, and I feel confident this is a rare wonder. I liked it so much, I was tempted to go back the next day! This place is in a well-traveled location that probably pays a high rent, and it's reflected in the prices. But the store is pretty and offers something for everyone: gelato, chocolates, caramel corn, fudge. If you're in the vicinity, it's worth a stop. But I wouldn't go out of my way for it, unless you're longing for peanut butter gelato. read more

I stopped by for an ice cream. I really was surprised that 2 scoops of Gelato was $9.86. I reluctantly paid it, but I should have just left it and walked out. $9.86 is enough to buy 2 tubs of Blue Bell ice cream. That is ridiculous. Everything in this place was overpriced. Love this place. The popcorn, candy, fudge, ice cream is very good. There's tables on the patio to sit at.

We have enjoyed delicious gelato here. The last visit was very disappointing... the gelato was very soft (thin and runny). When I commented on it the response was "yeah, that happens ". We stopped by here to buy taffy. So glad they had multiple flavors and they were fresh versus other places. The prices are super high, $4.00 1/2 pound of taffy which is 15-18 pieces. You can load up a lot of taffy quickly in your bag. They have candy by the pound too and speciality candy items. They have chocolate specialty candies and fudge by the pound. They have gelato and roasted nuts. People spend their money there. Heck we did but the taffy better be amazing for the price. :). Edited--taffy is yummy! read more

Hard to miss this pink confection: it's right at the entrance to Fisherman's Village. Inside, girls in poofy hats with pink feathered flair wait expectantly for you to snap up bonbons and fudge...and seem a little miffed if you don't. I browsed for Florida-themed candy to take home with me (there is some, but a lot is along the lines of "Gator Poop"...no thanks. I got some fruit jelly and coconut samplers). Much of the other prepared candy is the old-fashioned kind. Since this is a place that draws tourists, products are on the costly side. I don't know that this would be a regular stop for me in Punta Gorda, but for my tourist needs it did the job. read more

So I came across this place today here in little old Punta Gorda. There weren't many cupcakes to pick from (9 to be exact).I was surprised to say the least . I had 2 options Red velvet and Carrot Cake. Hmmm decisions decisions I went with Red Velvet.. well after that I moved on to their chocolate selection which thankfully was way larger then the cupcakes. i ordered to 3x4 inch chocolate covered pretzels covered with m&m's and Reeses Pieces.. My total came out to 6.27. The cupcake was $3 each pretzel was$1.50. On to the Food the cupcake was absolutely delicious everything Red Velvet should be moist , not to rich with that little hint on cocoa. The amount of frosting was perfect so many cupcake bakeries over do it, but they did it perfectly. They 3 stars are honestly for deliciousness, the variety of chocolate candies and the cuteness of the shop. The selection of cupcakes though was disappointing and presentation of these product was a little week for a mid day Saturday. The customer service was OK the young girl that helped me was nice and answered my question. The cashier she handed my items to....well I had to wait with her to finish her conversation with what seemed like someone more interested in them then their jobs. Had a great experience here - staff offered us samples of gelato and fudge and were friendly with the kids. I chose a sampler of 3 types of fudge and all were yummy (dark chocolate salty caramel, vanilla salty caramel, and tigers eye peanut butter chocolate). The kids chose rocky road and dark chocolate gelato and enjoyed both. Prices weren't a great deal, but to be expected for quality. read more
