To my surprise, when the review mentioned "cigar" it was actually the chicken version and not the tobacco version LOL. Since it's a Moroccan themed bar along the beach, they also had hookah for guests to enjoy and they were open to allowing us to smoke our cigars. They opened up the space so the ocean breeze was flowing through the restaurant and it made it a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. Our group of 6 wanted to try a little bit of everything and the food and drinks did not disappoint. They make their own kombucha and you can choose up to 3 flavors. I ended up getting the lemon, strawberry and mint kombucha and I still think about it. It goes well topped with soda water for a more hydrating and refreshing beverage. The hummus and pita was delicious, the beef and chicken skewers were so flavorful. I really, really enjoyed the zucchini chips. Definitely don't skip out on those! This spot ended up being our daily hangout for relaxation by the beach with a cigar and we eventually tried their chicken cigars which was also very delightful. If you find yourself in Boracay, definitely make this spot a stop. It's a short walk along the beach from Henann Prime Beach resort. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and their food is delicious!

This ain't a big restaurant but don't underestimate this one! They got a mini bar inside and you can choose to dine inside or outside. So far the restaurant is cleaned and ambiance are pretty good. Love the lighting. Food: Chopped Salad Solo - love the presentation. A tower of goodness and the salad dressing is the best. Refreshing and tasty burst inside my mouth. CYMA Lamb Chops - cooked right according to my bandit's preference. It was well seasoned and all the good spices are packed on the meat. It was juicy and flavorful. Meat lovers out there will surely enjoy this. Calamares - real crunchiness at its best. It was perfectly seasoned with the amount of sauce. Perfect appetizer indeed! Roka Pasta Solo - pasta is my spirit food. I wanna reincarnate as a pasta if universe forbids. It's my ultimate favorite comfort food and this Roka Pasta hit the frickin' spot! This one got me. The pasta itself is cooked right. It was lightly flavorful and tasty. It may look pretty simple but this one is really good. I'm gonna get this one if I will return to Boracay one day. Overall experience was a total happiness for our belly. We may a lil bit extra but it's all worth the price. Our server make sure that we get the service we deserve. It made our last night in Boracay memorable! Mahalo for reading and happy juandering fellow yeeps.

The staff were nice and friendly, though the service took over 20 minutes so we were really hungry by the time the food came. We ordered liempo baboy, liempo manok, fish sinigang, pork sweet and sour, grilled bangus, chopsuey, and rice. My favorites were the liempo baboy and liempo manok, the pork was tender and juicy with a crispy outside, and the chicken was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The sinigang was tasty, and while the bangus was good, I wished it was a little crispier. The pork sweet and sour had a nice flavor but didn't have much meat compared to the sauce. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Ramboy's, but if you're dining with a big group, expect to wait a bit for your food.

In addition, you can get non-BBQ Filipino favorites - kare-kare, kinilaw and lumpiang shanghai, just to name a few. Our guide took us there when we arrived mid-afternoon from Manila; it proved to be a good choice. A takeout order of rice and newly barbequed liempo and lechon manok served all seven of us. Prices were fairly reasonable - 210 pesos for a whole roasted chicken, 300 peso for a kilogram of roast pork. The roasting pit is continually turning out food because the place is popular even post-lunch, said our guide. If you are on your way to Boracay Island and are feeling a bit hungry, grab something to go here before getting on the ferry.
