Our most disappointing visit happened when we waited over 40 minutes for our food while we could clearly see our order sitting under the warmer lights the entire time. No one brought it to the table until much later, and by then the sliders were cold, soggy, and inedible. To their credit, the manager apologized sincerely and handled the situation professionally, which convinced us to give the restaurant another chance. Unfortunately, when we returned today, the exact same issue happened again. One of our meals was never entered into the system -- literally the same mistake as our previous visit. At that point, it became clear this is not an isolated incident but an ongoing operational problem. What makes this even more disappointing is that we have been loyal customers of the Westlake Village location for years, and that restaurant has always been excellent. We have even left them a 5-star review in the past. The difference in management, organization, and service quality between the two locations is night and day.
