Excellent spot for authentic Mexican. Family owned and operated Silsbee Texas. If you understand the culture, every family makes something unique and it's Culinary culture. We have always been Casa Ole fans, but during the time of take out, they don't have the same standards as we once knew. And this is the SILSBEE location. The last two times we had takeout, they did not include the guacamole salad on the meals. Just left it off! The most recent time, two days ago, we ordered 3 orders of fajitas for 4 adults. We open the bag and find three little cups of salsa with three tiny bags of chips. I called the restaurant and was told this is what comes with each meal. I said never have I ever seen these tiny cups. The manager said she has been there a year and that is the standard. I said we got take out last week and had more chips and salsa than we could even eat! She said we could drive back down there and get some if we wanted. Well, if that was the case, why not give it to us to begin with? This was unacceptable. Salsa is not an expensive item and to be cheated like that is ridiculous. read more

Maybe it's the nostalgia factor, but I can't get enough Casa Ole. It's my first stop every time I go back home. I love it. Don't go here expecting any culinary innovations or even particularly great food. It's the Tex-Mex that you can't have too often for fear for your arteries, but it tastes amazing each time. The service is passable at best, but I don't even care. For a change from the most typical Tex-Mex, try the Miguel's Italian Nachos, but do yourself a favor and get a half order. I don't know many people who can even make a dent in the full size. If you have low expectations for some oddly tasty, greasy food, this is your place! read more

It's Taco Bell with alcohol. Same exact fajita meat can be had at other restaurants in the area so not original ingredients. Service is fast. Food is bland. Salsa is basically tomato sauce that's been refridgerated. Ordered cheese enchiladas, had a hard time finding the cheese in the enchiladas. Basically zero flavor. I mean c'mon it's supposed to be Mexican food last time I checked Mexicans use spices. Giving it two stars simply because the waitress was awesome. read more

Stopped by on way out of town on a Sunday at about 12:30PM. It was busy/full of people trying to get out as well as get in, so the entry was crowded. Large party in front of us. Was still seated quickly. Ordered fairlyquickly. Food arrived hot, fast and generally right (three items arrived a little late - a side of white onion, milk for kids meal and pudding for kids meal.) Horrible service. Phoned in an order only to be rushed, the lady didn't even repeat to make sure it was correct. When I arrived I waited 10 minutes on someone to even come up to the front desk. The guy sitting people had hickies up and down his neck. Very unprofessional. Once I got my order i checked and noticed something was missing. The lady checking me out (tonya was her name) quickly reprinted the ticket and shoved it in my face saying the item wasn't included in the order. I said fine I need the item though because It's not mine so I can't leave without it. Waiting 20 minutes now while the other food gets cold waiting on one item to get cooked. I think its safe to safe its the worst Tex-Mex around. Ive eaten my fair share of bad mexican food trying to find a gem and this is a place where your appeitite goes to die a painfully slow agonizing death. Please do yourself a favor and don't eat here. read more

The wait staff are pretty nice. The food is alright. I can never finish my plate, but that may be because I stuff my face with the chips and salsa. This is the only place around with good salsa. They give you free ice cream on your birthday if you do a humiliating dance and get laughed at by everyone. read more

They have awesome and friendly service. Good food. Im a little over 3 months pregnant and the baby didnt like guacamole and one of the employees gave me a peppermint because it helps my nausea. Not sure which employee it was but thanks again for the peppermint when I felt nauseated. But I do love their food. It's yummy. :) read more

Very good food! Great service and had an amazing server! She really knew the menu and was able to make suggestions as well. The manager was also amazing! He came and checked on us to make sure all was well before our meal and also as we were eating to make sure it was going good! We come here every single week! Sometimes 3-4 times a week!
