We were referred to Cleo's Home 2 on west Alpine afterlooking at many homes we rejected. The staff, Cleo, Nana, Jamiel and all were fantastic! Such a clean home, home cooked food and most of all lots of love. Mom and we were treated as family. We got to know them very well and love them all with our heart. They made sure mom had a lot of attention, kept very clean and fed well during her stay. We lost her Saturday. We will never forget all the help and love we received. My mom even got hugs and kisses. I know Nana really attached to her. We feel bad because she is hurting for the loss of mom. They deserve to be tops on anyone's list. They just bought another home in Ripon for those who live farther away. It even has a pool! Everyone has their own room, bed, dressers and TV. We have been in and out of snf for years. It is horrible. This is a place of comfort and joy. You know your loved one is cared for 24 hrs a day. My mom would wake up early at 2 to go bathroom and stay awake for Nana to make her a special breakfast. She really doted on mom. What more can you ask for? Cleo is very personable and understands all needs. She came to our home the same day. Mom was taken the next day. They have even bought transport for wheel chairs and taken them out to fabulous buffet. Mom was too bad to go then, but the other residents were so excited. We got to talk to all of them. Like one big family. God bless you Cleo and all your family. Don't be foolish to pass up this great opportunity to have your loved one cared for. Our worries were slashed away when we came there. My father in law was one of the most stubborn men on the planet and very hard to please. We were very nervous about the whole process if he wasn't happy there. To our amazement my father in law was very happy and comfortable there. Cleo and her staff treated him with kindness and they were incredibly attentive to him and his health issues. She also was very good and keeping us informed about any ongoing issues he was having. Unfortunately my father in law was placed on hospice care, but he lived out the last few months of his life happy and comfortable at Cleo's Home.

Of the three SNF's, Hampton is by far the best facility. The social workers, Deanna and Monique, demonstrated time after time exceptional service to help meet my daughter's needs, especially in trying to get my daughter transferred to an acute rehabilitation facility and appointment transportation. I would also like to commend Tracy, the physical therapist, for the time and energy she spent working with my daughter. I appreciate all the staff who treated and supported my daughter during her stay at Hampton.

I had a dialysis patient who really needed a urgent authorization and I had spoke to two other auth representatives on 6/17/26 who did not see previous auth that was submitted by my coworker on 6/10/26. Jimmy Espinoza was the 3rd representative I spoke to and he looked thoroughly to find faxed auth which was above and beyond due to his caring nature and concern for the patient. We were able to get the authorization that was needed for our patient to be seen at San Joaquin Vascular Surgery. Shout out to Jimmy for a job well done. Thank You Bridget Branch- HUC

Same with eyeglasses waited months for appointment to see Dr another month to get my glasses adjusted and another month to actually get them still waiting for my nexted appointment I called in many times to get a appointment only to say they call back and nothing Some employees call patience by funny names I am sure they were joking around but other patience heard it. My mom was at this facility for about 11 days after having a stroke. I say first couple of days…read morewhen mom Needed higher level of care staff was attentive as cna's followed rn's orders real well. When her care was less critical I would say it was bordering on neglect . A cna said she was in charge of 15 patents and almost half had to be spoon fed including my mother. Hence, myself and Family made sure to be there so she could eat. My observations were patients who didn't have family step in for them might of not ate well. I heard one rn supervisor talk extremely rough to like a dementia patient to be still and stop moving. It appeared as work burn out. There were many times mom was soiled and staff would not come to help. I had to change mom myself and do best I can to get her to the restroom, changed and brought back to bed. They had no sense of urgency in helping despite telling me to not take mom alone. I waited but when it started approaching two hours I had to do it . I also Had to help cna put mom To bed as she had no help as mom was too weak and a two person job. They got mom's diet order wrong as moved up to solids and kept on doing a blender diet for days. We had to Go out and buy food so she can eat as she hated blended diets and I don't blame her. I was told this happened cause dieticians use a different system and it don't data share with the facility but nobody could make a phone call. There was like a comittee but I don't think they were proactive (except supervisor of nursing) as made excuses For some of my concerns . I am not going to say this facility is the worse but definitely not the best. I was told this place was the best in town. I am Just going to say it's like any other nursing facility from what I hear. When I thought mom was well enough to go home I demanded she leave immediately as they wanted to keep mom longer. I overheard admin mentioning mom was a "good" patient as had dual insurance. I told them at my house mom is not neglected and will get better care as I had all her bags packed. I don't recommend this facility for your loved one and it's definitely not the best in town but can't say the worse cause I haven't seen many . It missed my high expectations and them trying to say get better care cause they are small is garbage.
