    Chile Verde
    Clay G.

We came here with a large group for a late lunch during the holiday season. There was one other party here, so we had our choice of the place. Even so, it felt understaffed with one guy working the front room and one person working the kitchen. This meant that the front room man had to make drinks, take orders, and also watch to see if anyone else would come in. Ultimately, he seemed a little too busy and it made things move pretty slowly. Once we did get the food, my chile verde was delicious. It really filled me up and was the perfect amount of food. Somewhat counterintuitively, I'd recommend going during a busier time of day because there's probably an appropriate number of people working so you will have less issues with getting things promptly.

Well it was very busy last night so there was a long wait. Chicken fajitas were good but they only give you 3 tortillas for a big portion of fajitas! Delicious chips with 2 different salsas are served when you're seated. The red salsa was very good. They will bring a hot salsa if you request. The restaurant seemed disorganized as empty tables for 20 minutes with many guests waiting

We've been here about four times with mixed results ranging from a five star to a one star experience. The food is always very good ranging in the 4 to 5 star range. Tonight's customer service bottomed out at 1 star. Our waitress seemed to have forgotten about us, the chef forgot about our order, and in short we had long delays for our food. Other guests who arrived after us got their food before us. My party left grumpy in response. Thankfully, the management recognized the botched customer service and sought to make it right with a 50% discount. Our waitress, who was absent for most of the meal, seemed oblivious to the fact that there was an issue but management was on top of it.. The ambiance of the restaurant is always delightful and dining outside in the courtyard was nice. So although tonight's dining experience was less than we hoped for, we will return knowing tonight's experience was an anomaly..

Carne Asada Burrito Plenty of it and tasted good

They have a Carne Asada steak. That is absolutely amazing. Always cooked nice as that barbecue taste. You can either put it in a tortilla or eat it yourself. Good experience.

The food was very tasty. Service was quick clean atmosphere. The beans were good as were all the meals we ate.

Celebrating Cinco De Mayo and always wanting to try a new spot. Almost hit a place in Coolidge, but last minute decided to go here for the Win. We were early and seated right away by a pleasant hostess. Our server, Tristan, was in point introducing himself and aquatinted us with the drink menu then followed thru promptly with house margaritas, beer, and water. After a couple minutes he was there for our order. Fantastic margaritas and food soon to follow was excellent. Tristan continued with service in every way, he gets an A+. Churros for dessert, and they were best ever. This is the experience you want for dinner, go check it out. Plenty of ambiance all throughout the place. Clean, even the bathrooms.

Chicken chimichanga with rice and beans (split to share).

I started with my usual go-to drink, Coke Zero & also a glass of iced water. Stepped out of my usual comfort zone of enchiladas for a change & ordered Huevos Rancheros. While waiting for my meal, I checked out the layout & decor of the restaurant, which I found very nice. The ambiance was steady & busy but not loud. Just perfect for an afternoon. My waiter was super attentive, checking in on me each time he came through & always giving me a big smile. Very nice man. My Huevos Rancheros were absolutely delicious & cooked just right to my liking. Perfect portion size as well. It's good to try other things on the menu & I'm glad I did. I'll definitely return, especially for their enchiladas.

Atmosphere 5/5 As seen in my photos, this is a modern nicely curated Latin themed restaurant. Great use of colors, Muriel Artwork and area dividing materials providing a clean fun vibe. Food 5/5 This was my first visit and not sure why we took so long to try Nando's. We were out holiday shopping and realized we both were getting Hangry. Our server got our drinks started and delivered our complimentary chips and salsas. Wife zeroed in on the Albondiga soup and I elected to try something less traditional and went with the Faja Pasta; a clever but simple Italian-Latin fusion dish I will re-create at home. Both were delicious and agreed we order them again. I'll be back to try two othered items off their specialty dish offerings that I'm interested in trying. Service 5/5 Friendly, timely and helpful. Food was out quickly and at proper temperature. Confusion try Fusion my Friends-SYOY!

Authentic Mexican food sounded perfect and I knew good things were in store when I arrived at 11:30am on a Friday and all of inside and outside tables were full. The inside is quaint but has quite a few tables. They also have tables out front in the shade (to call it patio seating may be a stretch, just simple tables and chairs on the exterior of the entrance). You order your food at the counter and I didn't study the menu ahead of time but the ladies taking my order were patient with me. I ordered a shredded beef taco and a cheese enchilada with rice and beans. Nothing fancy for my first time as it's hard to golf on a full stomach! I found the only open table and then hit up the salsa bar. They have 4 or 5 different salsas/hot sauces and a few other goodies. I got a small cup of each sauce and all of them were quite good. My food was colorful, flavorful and just the right away to give me some energy without being lethargic. I could go on about a few other nice things but it seems most of East Mesa already knows about this place given the high scores on Yelp from a lot of reviewers. Nothing to prevent me from giving a 5* review at this time. I look forward to trying some more dishes in the future.

Order at the counter, and they'll bring out to you. I saw a lot of things I want to try, but started with the nachos, pictured. Also had the asada fajitas the next day. Their meat is near perfect. Nice cuts, tender and not dry at all. Definitely a fan. Enjoyed both the nachos and the fajitas. Good serving sizes. Also, loved the staff! They were super friendly and welcoming. They offered to take my empty plate as I was about to. They also bud farewell to guests as they left. Felt like a really warm family place. Well lit, fun decor, clean. Very enjoyable - will be back!
