But if you want one that is much more focused on the guitar aspect of the performance, this is exactly the place. The technique, performance, passion, the tempo is outstanding. They also have a huge collection of historic guitars from the last 200 years. Think of the Stradivarius, they have that level of guitars on display. The player of the guitar for the evening we went was Javier, and he was so educational and friendly. He gives you a very brief history lesson about the origin of the different music, dance, singing, and clapping styles. So that you are oriented to transcontinental pervasive of flamenco music. I could list every adjective in the dictionary and it still wouldn't accurately describe how many different emotions I experienced watching this show. The venue is super small and intimate and kind people running this place truly love what they do. The guitarist was beyond talented. He was gentle, personable and so expressive when he played. The singer was heartfelt and I couldn't seem to take my eyes off of her while she sang. Despite having no clue what she was saying, I still felt connected. The flamenco dancer, where to begin? When she began dancing, my eyes immediately teared up. Her performance was pure magic. Her expressions, body movements and the raw power she exudes was undeniable. As our travels brought us to Sevilla (where my son is working/living) he recommended to come here for a Flamenco show. We took his advised as the three of us came and arrived a bit early which you can be seated earlier. As you walk inside there are several show cases of guitars to view. The inside is small and very intimate with several rows of 4-5 chairs across on both sides. Honestly you can only seat less than 100 people. The show starts promptly on time and it what absolutely wonderful. Since, the location is also an education center the stage is small thus providing just a female dancer showing different styles of flamenco. The guitarist and vocalist where amazing. If you are looking for a show that leaves you wanting more in a good way then come on by. read more

Thoroughly enjoyed this show. Bravo to all the performers: the flamenco dancer, the guitarist, and the singer. What a trio! The setting is smaller and more intimate. The only thing I wished was different would be better views for all seats. The front 2 rows probably had great views but for everyone behind, it was hard to see -- I really wanted to see both of the guitarist's hands and wanted to see all the fancy footwork that the dancer did so vigorously. Overall: very talented crew but it's hard to see everything on the stage. read more

Our family of 5 including 20-23 year old kids loved this show! It's a small but very intimate venue with beautiful spanish guitars on display all around. My son who plays guitar was fascinated! The 3 performers were excellent...loved the mix of guitar, dance and singing! Such a passion filled performance by all three! We could feel the emotion from all three performers...we were blown away! We highly recommend. I also recommend booking in advance to get best seats. I booked a few weeks in advance and we had front row seats which help make the experience even better! read more

I wish I could give them 5 stars since all the performers were so amazing and I really enjoyed it. Before I bought tickets online in advance (a couple weeks ago), I read some reviews that you could get good seats (the very front row) when you buy tickets in the morning on a same day. Guess what, we were the 3rd row from the back! Then I realized that all the families with young kids were sitting in the back seats. (They'll ask your kids' birthdays when you buy tickets online). I was very disappointed with this. My 7 year old was more excited about going to see it, but lots of people were in front of her and she didn't have a good view. read more

We bought tickets to an evening Flamenco performance at the Casa. I don't know what we were expecting, but it turned out just as it sounded, a Flamenco demonstration in front of a room full of tourists. To be fair, the performers were all very skilled, from the guitarist to the dancer, but the singer was a bit on the screechy side for my taste. It was all rather joyless and drama-starved, which added to the lackluster reaction, which included two or three audience members I saw falling asleep. I don't know why you would spend 18 euros per ticket when you could experience the same or better Flamenco at a bar around the corner--plus alcoholic drinks! read more

What a fabulous performance! It was our first experience with Flamenco and we were completely mesmerized by the grace and elegance of the dance performer. She was so skilled and was performing with so much passion! It requires so much energy and emotion and the lady carried herself so elegantly on stage! Her dresses were lovely too! Awesome experience in the heart of the birthplace of flamenco. Prebooked on their website. I had emailed several questions while planning my trip which were answered promptly. The seating was intimate - not a bad seat in the house. Wish I would have spent more time checking out the historical guitars on display. Great show!!! The dancer totally stole the show. The guitar playing, the dance, and the emotion was sentimental and truly showcased the soul and passion of this art. WOW! My jaw dropped and my eyes swelled with tears when I saw this incredible dancer command the stage with passion, force yet femininity, and elegance. The guitarist played incredibly beautiful music as a man sang with such pain and emotion. I'm not really into dance so I didn't expect much from the show, but when the dancer looked out with such emotion as her feet sped up to a storm--it grabbed me by surprise. They took me on a journey that was just fantastic. Her dancing was mesmerizing. I'm officially a fan of flamenco now. read more

Wow, what a fantastic show! I really liked that the theater was small and intimate. The guitarist was amazing! The female flamenco dancer was absolutely mesmerizing. The flamenco male vocalist was also fantastic. This was one of the best flamenco shows I've been to. The balance of music and dance was great. I honestly wish the show was longer. We had a fabulous flamenco experience here. This was our first time so have nothing to compare with. But the songs were fabulous, the singer's voice was wonderful. The theater is very small and the lighting isn't very flattering. But the dancer was intense. The guitarist was pretty good too. 17 euros for an hour long experience... not bad. read more

Such a disappointment! The guitar player was out of tune and the singer was practically yelling instead of singing. Even with all this which you could get through, there was absolutely no passion or soul in the performance. We were seated all the way up front (usually great seats) and wanted to leave halfway through but no way to sneak out. The dancer did her best to bring it and was good on her own but not good enough to carry the lack of musical synergy. I love flamenco, I see it every year at annual NY Flamenco Festival and would instead recommend Casa Patas in Madrid....now that show was amazing, moved me to tears read more
