I thoroughly enjoyed it, and everything was really good. Located right on the corner going down Lundy's Lane, the place looks very simple from the outside, but once you walk through the doors you realize you are in for an elegant dining experience. Started out with a orange Pellegrino which was wonderful, they brought out some bread and this amazing honey and ricotta cheese spread. Absolutely to die for but be careful. It would be easy to fill up on that and miss out on the wonders of the meal that's coming. I started the meal off with their Caesar salad which was absolutely perfect. The right amount of dressing lettuce was second to none and it was one of the most delicious Caesars I've had. I opted for the gnocchi oso buco ragu, which was absolute perfection. Be careful though, these gnocchi are no joke. The taste will keep you eating all of them and you will absolutely be ready to take a nap afterwards. Bottom line? If you are looking for fine dining in the Niagara falls area, you would be doing yourself a disservice not going to this restaurant. It's absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend it!

We had dinner here last night - a Friday - this was our 2nd visit to this restaurant. We did have a…read morereservation which I would recommend, they are pretty busy. Beautiful, beautiful restaurant with great atmosphere, soft music, amazing service by Juan our waiter. We started with Caesar salad and the bruschetta appetizers - Boyfriend's salad was very good. I liked the capers and strong hint of anchovies in the dressing (which he always has on the side). Bruschetta was not what I expected - I felt it was missing something, not much flavor - although the bread was super fresh and tomatoes perfectly ripe. As mains he had the Americana pizza (pepperoni) and I had the lamb, served with a citrusy risotto and rapini. I loved the lamb! Highly recommend. It was literally so tender that I didn't need the knife to cut it! We asked Juan how the cook made it that way - he wouldn't tell and said it was the kitchen's secret! It was delicious. Risotto was perfect too. I'm not a fan of rapini but it was well cooked and seasoned. Boyfriend regretted his choice a little, although he says his pizza was good - but after tasting my lamb, he was sorry he didn't choose a meat dish. I had a shot of Amaretto on ice and the cannolis for dessert. Delicious and obviously homemade. I was a bit put off that a bus boy pulled out our appetizer plates while we were still actively eating. Hint, if our forks are in our hand and we're bringing them to our mouth with food on it, we're not done yet :/ Not the first place this happens and a pet peeve of mine... but whatever. Also, the couple with 5 kids... 5 kids omg... maybe this wasn't the best restaurant choice for you if you are going to let the two small ones run wild around the dining room and almost hit a waiter with a tray of drinks... but this isn't the restaurant's fault. We will return! Worth it just for the amazing lamb, and a short 5 minute walk from the Doubletree hotel, if you are staying there!

Natasha was absolutely incredible. Friendly, genuine, attentive, and the kind of person who makes you feel like you're more than just another table. At the end of our meal, I asked her how to enter a custom tip on the payment terminal. After she explained it, knowing we planned to leave a generous tip, I jokingly said, "We usually only tip a dollar." Without missing a beat or changing her demeanor in the slightest, she smiled and simply said, "That's fine." I immediately laughed and told her I was kidding, but what she said next genuinely stuck with me. She explained that she never minds because you never know someone's story or what they're going through, and everyone deserves to come out and enjoy a nice meal and have a good experience. That kind of empathy is something you can't teach overnight. Whoever raised Natasha should be incredibly proud. Thank you, Natasha, for reminding us that kindness still exists and for making our lunch memorable in a way that went far beyond the food. Now, about that food... If you're a fan of spicy food like I am, you know how often restaurants promise "hot" and then completely miss the mark. Zappi's absolutely delivered. I ordered the Diavolo Carne with Genoa salami, pepperoni, hot sausage, roasted garlic, and hot peppers, and it was exceptional. The heat was real without overpowering the incredible flavors of the toppings. Every bite had the perfect balance of spice, savory meats, and roasted garlic. The stone-baked crust deserves its own recognition. It had that perfect airy interior while the bottom baked into an unbelievably crisp, cracker-like crunch. It was light, delicate, and one of the best pizza crusts I've had in a long time. My wife and daughter both enjoyed their salads. Everything was fresh, cold, and crisp, and the homemade balsamic vinaigrette was delicious. Dessert was every bit as impressive as the meal. The homemade cheesecake was incredibly creamy without being overly rich. It had the perfect subtle sweetness. I asked for the cherry compote on the side because so many places serve one that's overly syrupy and overpowering, but this one was excellent. It tasted fresh, complemented the cheesecake perfectly, and ended up making an already outstanding dessert even better. The Decadent Brownie was another winner. Even though it wasn't served warm beneath its mountain of vanilla ice cream, it was absolutely delicious. The brownie was wonderfully fudgy and chewy, while the vanilla ice cream was incredibly soft, smooth, and creamy. Before long, all three of us were diving in with our spoons. My daughter wasn't thrilled that Mom and Dad were stealing bites of her dessert, but it was simply too good to resist. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and very family friendly. They also offer a fun pizza-making experience for kids by bringing out a prepared pizza dough so they can add their own sauce and cheese. While the activity itself is fairly simple since the dough is already rolled out and there aren't a ton of toppings or extras to customize, it's still a nice touch that keeps kids entertained and lets them feel involved. From the incredible food to the welcoming atmosphere, Zappi's earned our recommendation. But what made the night truly special was Natasha. Service like hers is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're in Niagara Falls.

The restaurant had a convenient parking lot (which is not the case for a lot of places in the area), and options for eating inside or outside. My entire family was happy with everything that was ordered and we would definitely go back!
