While staying in a nearby hotel in Niagara Falls I was recommended to try Antica Pizza. When you walk in you hear the Italian music and you see the pizza makers stretching the dough and putting the toppings and the wood fired oven . They greet and seat right away . I went simple and got the formaggi which is a pizza with sauce and mozzarella. It came to my table very hot and fresh and I was excited. The server didn't seem like she wanted to be there maybe she was just having a bad day today . Anyway the pizza was good nothing extraordinary but good . It was fresh and sauce was good the cheese wasn't good quality so it definitely affected the overall taste . All in all a good experience nothing super fancy but did the job of filling me before heading to local Niagara attractions.

Shrimp scampi

We stopped in for dinner because it was so close to our hotel. It was between this and another Italian spot that's almost right next to Antica. The shrimp scampi is the best Italian dish I've eaten. 10/10. The flavors of this dish!!!! The three others in my group all ordered pizza. They were pleased with their pizza as well. Staff very friendly, our waitress was very attentive and refilled our drinks almost immediately. Very busy place as dinner progressed.

Venue: 5/5 Antica is an ideal spot in Niagara Falls, especially if you're going with a bigger group. There's plenty of space, the vibe is comfortable, and it doesn't feel cramped even when it's busy. Biggest win: free parking that gets validated for up to 3 hours, which is basically a miracle in a tourist area. Service: 4/5 Service was solid overall. Staff were friendly and kept things moving, and the experience felt smooth even with a group. No major issues, just the usual small waits you'd expect during busy times. Food: 4/5 Really good value for lunch. Their lunch combo deals are great and come with a side, which is the kind of practical generosity more places should discover. This time we went with paninis and pizza and both hit the spot. I've also had their pastas in the past and they've been consistently good, so there's enough variety to keep it interesting if you come back.

Omg we came to this huge pizza restaurant on a whim and we're glad we did. The service is so good! We were taken care of. The pizza here is phenomenal, reminds me of pizza from NY! Chewy tasty dough. And you have to try the chili oil~ we liked it so much we brought some home.

Great stop for a quick bite to break up the wine tasting adventure. Loved their Brussels sprouts. Nice service. Typical bar /pizza joint atmosphere.

Rigatoni alla vodka

I think I should've gotten a pizza but I was worried that I wouldn't be able to finish it all by myself. It actually seemed pretty doable like a personal pie size. Instead I went for the rigatoni alla vodka dish. It came with a few small pieces of prosciutto ham, chopped red onions and rigatoni pasta in a creamy rosé sauce. It was pretty good and fueled me up for the rest of my sightseeing plans. Waitress also came by a few times to ask how everything was. Paying for the check was convenient as she brought the payment machine to the table. It seems like their pizzas are one of the must try dishes as they have a pizza oven in the front too. It's also in a super convenient location, right across the street from all the fun Clifton Hill attractions/shops.

Ravioli rosé with chilli flakes on top and pizza in the background

I visited antica this weekend for a birthday and was surprised by how delicious this food was. I ordered the Ravioli rosé that was roughly $30 for that price point I was hoping the portion would be a little bit bigger and with a bit more sauce. I also tried a slice of pizza and a bite of the chicken Parmesan that was very good as well. I did order a mixed berry Mojito but for some reason they sent it to my table without being made with alcohol so I had to send it back but they fix that issue right away. Our server was kind but hard to get a hold of when we needed her we also did not appreciate her sending over our bill before we even asked for it making us feeling rushed out. Overall my experience was good I found the restaurant was very clean and the staff was all very nice as well so I will definitely be back again the next time I'm in the area.

Margarita pizza

Some of the best pizza I've ever had. It was delicious and fresh as could be, and came out extremely quickly for how crowded they were. The server was extremely helpful and attentive.

Service was quick, didn't have to wait long, the food came out hot and very fresh, the restaurant is clean and have a lot of space. I got a pizza and calamari and they were both delicious and fresh.

Kids pizza

Great casual place to sit and eat. The kids pizza is a nice size as a bar pie. The staff is on point & courteous. Like the decor with the brick on the ceiling.

To go box

Their pizzas hit the spot. You can tell they use good quality Pepperonis. The main reason not a full score of 5 is that the salad portion is too small, given it costs almost 20 dollars. The service is adequate, the server was okay, nothing to rave about. The place looks bigger inside than from outside. Like that you can see the pizzas being made.

Such a Family Feel! Was recommended this restaurant by our driver. Great service and even better food. Came in promptly at opening on a Saturday. Was greeted with a smile. Ordered the soup of the day and a salad to start. Drinks were an espresso martini (GREAT) and old fashion( Also GREAT). Hubby and I had an American and Margarita pizza. Both were so good and filled us up for our day of adventures. Washrooms were very clean and that's also appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place if visiting Niagara Falls. It's directly in the heart of Clifton Hills near a lot of attractions.

Wow! Great pizza! We were lucky to snag an outdoor table and have cocktails while people watching. Tried the Bianca pizza and it was delicious! The line was out the door when we were leaving and the other food dishes all looked amazing! Really hope to get back here soon!

The staff are welcoming and so friendly. The atmosphere is inviting, temperature perfect. Your not sitting there being cold or too hot. Music is loud enough to have a nice ambiance but you can still socialize and hear one another. The bar staff are wonderful . The attention to detail and presentation are exceptional. I asked for a chilled shot of tequila and it was beautifully presented. I asked for an espresso after dinner and it was like I was in Italy. Hats off to the Chef for keeping true to authenticity and freshness. It is evident that everything there is made in house. Pizza was perfectly made. Meat balls were to die for. The pasta noodles are made in house and are fantastic. The cleanliness is top notch. Attention to detail is noticeable in absolutely everything. And the cost for all of this was shockingly reasonable. This place could absolutely charge so much more for their amazing service but you can tell there is no greed. We have been to restaurants that have changed double and the service and food were mediocre at best. We were celebrating our honeymoon and it was our first dinner out as husband and wife and we received the most fantastic celebration champagne on the house . We couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate. Thank you for such a memorable evening. We will absolutely be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, and everything was really good. Located right on the corner going down Lundy's Lane, the place looks very simple from the outside, but once you walk through the doors you realize you are in for an elegant dining experience. Started out with a orange Pellegrino which was wonderful, they brought out some bread and this amazing honey and ricotta cheese spread. Absolutely to die for but be careful. It would be easy to fill up on that and miss out on the wonders of the meal that's coming. I started the meal off with their Caesar salad which was absolutely perfect. The right amount of dressing lettuce was second to none and it was one of the most delicious Caesars I've had. I opted for the gnocchi oso buco ragu, which was absolute perfection. Be careful though, these gnocchi are no joke. The taste will keep you eating all of them and you will absolutely be ready to take a nap afterwards. Bottom line? If you are looking for fine dining in the Niagara falls area, you would be doing yourself a disservice not going to this restaurant. It's absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend it!

Good pizza. Fair pricing. Nothing phenomenal but still good when you're hungry. Would go back againread more

It's Sunday night, and I didn't feel like doing anything, including cooking. In Niagara Falls,…read morethere's only one place with acceptable pizza: Frank's Pizzeria. No arguing! Being in Canada with Buffalo and Niagara Falls, NY just a stone's throw away, we're spoiled for choice when it comes to pizza and wings. I ordered the classic Niagara Falls, Canada tray with pepperoni. For my American friends, this is a double tray with New York style pepperoni (not cup and char, though that's an option). Oddly enough, it's considered a luxury as a double item here! I eat and review a lot of pizza. I'd describe Frank's as a balance between Buffalo style, with its slightly thicker crust, and The Falls style, with its slightly herby, tangy sauce. It's a hybrid of the two. Is it good? Absolutely! It's got a great sauce-to-crust ratio. The herby, tangy taste reminds me of Sammy's on Hyde Park. The crust isn't as thick as Imperial Pizza, more like La Nova. It's a nice balance, though it's a shame cup and char pepperoni is a luxury here in Canada. That said, Frank's offers a great pizza with its own unique taste. It's a testament to the diverse pizza landscape in this border region, combining elements from both Canadian and American pizza traditions.
