I have the luxury of being spoiled by Buffalo pizza so it's hard for me to try pizza from other cities. Ordered here during my stay at GWL. Delivered in less then 30 minutes which was nice. Delivery guy said he would of delivered to room but GWL does not let them. Pizza was pretty bland with sparse toppings. We got a pepperoni and a pepperoni and hot pepper 16 dollar Monday special for 2 mediums). Pepperoni was average but the hot peppers were not hot at all. I ordered mine well done and it was cooked the same as other pie. For the price the pizza was ok but I would only order if you were getting a special. read more

We've lived in the Niagara region 4 years now as of 2022. Besides the "standard" big chain restaurants all built to taste consistant, i hadn't found that "local authentic yum factor" pizza place where they have that nice stringy pully mozzarella, (and when you order double cheese, damn do you get a lot of ooey gooey cheese!), give you enough toppings that you tastevthem, as well as that pride of ownership friendliness you get at a locally owned business. There are many i could have come on and rated ok or average, but I'm not one to try to ruin a business's rep, BUT... people... for reals... not even kidding... try Gino's Niagara Falls, Lundy's Lane by Dorchester. Toppings almost to the edge, no scrimping, mega delicious and A1 service. I seriously can't even describe how good it is. You need to try it. Large 5 topping with a dipping sauce, only 17 bucks, and with that you TASTE that homemade small business pride baked right in. Tell Mike, the owner, what you think when you lift the lid and peek inside! He's a great guy and loves to hearvwhat people think. Cheers, call them and Bon Appétit! This place has really good pizza even ignoring the price. The crust is excellent, and just the right thickness. This is one of the only times I actually eat all of the pizza crust. The toppings were great too... I just got pepperoni, but the combo of the pepperoni and sauce was delicious. Icing on the cake... Prices are very reasonable. read more

The food is mediocre at best. The chicken wings were dried and under-sauced. the sauce tasted of nothing but sweetness and just overall unpleasant. The pizza was quite soggy by the time it got to us - which was about 50 min to 1 hr. A note-worthy part was their refusal to honor their 10% off phone order (which btw is still on their yelp page), and then lied to us. We were told by the manager/supervisor that they would compensate by giving us "complimentary" items, which was never honored. After taking a first bite of their food, we pretty much concluded that it's not worth any trouble or time. Not likely to be back to this place, ever. read more

This has got to be the WORST pizza I have ever had. Please put some sauce on your cardboard so It at least has some taste. This pizza makes the cardboard Little Ceaser's look gourmet. We ordered the pizza because the hotel we were staying at recommended it. The ad said a large pizza for $9.95. When the pizza arrived,( late) , it was $18 and as cold as ice. Terrible!!! Ordered online. We used to love this place! Never ordering again! First off, after an hour I called them only to find out the store somehow didnt receive my order. Then when speaking to customer service instead of giving a refund or something right then and there they wanted me to call back when the driver brings the pizza. 1 hr 45 mins later pizza was delivered! I kept the driver waiting to call cust service like they told me to. I was on hold when the driver yelled he has to go soon as he has other deliveries to make and I just needed to sign. I said i am not signing on the full amount. He said thats ok we will change it. No way am I signing for a full amount n hoping they will change it later. Customer service gave a discount. We ordered in one rainy evening during our vacation at the recommendation of our hotel front desk. This certainly made up for our first pizza attempt two days prior. Service over the phone was super friendly, delivery was fast, food was delicious. This was back in June, but I believe we went basic and got pepperoni and green pepper, breadsticks, and a 2 liter. Food was hot, drink was still cold. Will def order again the next time we venture back up! read more

After a long drive from central NY to Canada, we were famished. Gino's had some ok reviews so we gave it a shot. Apparently, opinions differ. I'm not saying it was awful, but if we weren't so hungry it would have been a let down. The deal was good, four sodas, 2 "large" pizzas, bread sticks, 14 wings, dipping sauce... For like $35 +. It arrived in a timely manner, but the pizzas were quite small. I'd call them mediums at best... The breadsticks were bland IMO, but the wings were kinda tasty. We ordered BUFFALO wings, and with buffalo being like 30 minutes away you'd think they'd have the recipe down. But they arrived with BBQ sauce on them. Unexpected and an initial disappointment for my wing loving daughter, but we quickly liked them anyway. Sweet and tangy sauce on crispy fried nicely wings. No blue cheese, but yummo anyway. The pizza wasn't bad, decent sauce, lots of cheese and toppings, and the deal was great... But I keep coming back to the disappointment in the size. Sorry Gino's. Well where do I start. Was told that Gino's had good pizza. Decided to place a take-out order today. An hour and half later (as I was on the phone to check where it was) the door bell rang and the pizza wings combo was here. Great. Or so I thought. The entire order was as cold as if it had been sitting outside for the drive here. Absolutely cold. Couldn't believe it. Now I know why the delivery guy turned and didn't answer as I called out from the other room "is it hot?" Pizza may have been okay but after you have to warm it up hard to tell. The wings were dried out. Thank goodness for the sauce. I did call in to complain and the customer service rep said she have someone send out another order. Like we can wait another hour and half. I'm really tired of not getting what I pay for. Close I can live with this far off? I'd love to have my money back. I've read other reviews where people have suggested the pick up or delivery are that good. Should have read them BEFORE I ordered. Steer clear is my recommendation. read more

Really good pizza! Visited the Niagara Falls for the 4th of July and had a taste for pizza. After a long day of walking around taking pictures of the falls and watching the fireworks my husband and I needed something to eat. We wanted pizza, and thanks to yelp we were able to find Gino's. They delivered to the Courtyard Marriott hotel which was such a convenience. Though the delivery took longer than usual due to the heavy traffic near the Falls (totally understandable)...The pizza was still hot and fresh. I liked the pizza sauce has a nice zing to it. Wasn't too sweet but the right amount of spices to compliment the cheese and bread. I definitely have this place as a keeper next time I am visiting Niagara Falls! read more

FANTASTIC pizza!!! I come to Niagara a couple of times a year to walk around and enjoy the city. And of course you always need to have pizza when you're here. I had many pizzas over the years, never a fan of chain pizzas but I was craving a for one. I've tried many pizzas around the fallsview area including the "supposedly" famous Pano Matto, what a disappointment there from the quality of the pizza to the customer service, but that is another story...being desperate, I was going to give Pano another try. Fortunately they were closed. Who closes on a Friday at 11pm really??? You're a pizzeria!!! That opportunity sailed over the falls... I decided to just order in and called Gino's. The pizza was exactly what I ordered. Better than I expected. Perfect amount of toppings, perfect thickness and a perfect crisp! Just baked to perfection! OK so this place rocks! My family likes to keep it simple with straight up pepperoni and cheese and let me tell you this place does it right. We are here for a week on vacation and had to have Gino's pizza two nights in a row it was soooo good. I can't forget the price! Less than 10 bucks for an extra large pie. This place is a must. I could be biased and I know Canadians aren't known for pizza, but this pizza just isn't worth buying. So to any Americans visiting, save your money. The pizza isn't bad but it's certainly average at best. It reminds me a lot of pizza hut. We ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings. The mushrooms on our pizza tasted fake and the garlic breadsticks tasted like it's frozen and they just put them in the oven. I liked the hot wings from this place, that's the only thing I was ok with. I would say if you're used to eating pizza like that then have at it because we ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings, 10 hot wings, garlic breadsticks, and they through in chocolate cake for $30.
