I'm in Los Angeles, so I honestly didn't expect to receive a rug by the end of the week-but I decided to take a chance and placed the order. I also emailed the store explaining that I had a big event coming up and was hoping, though not expecting, that the rug could somehow arrive in time. To my surprise, I received not just an email, but a personal phone call from Jonathan. He was empathetic, attentive, and genuinely cared about my situation. He listened, reassured me, and promised to try his absolute best to make it happen. Throughout the entire process, he kept me updated-something I rarely experience from any business nowadays. And the best part? My rug arrived a full day before I needed it. Casa Bella went above and beyond every step of the way. They provided tracking, followed up proactively, and made sure I had everything I needed. Their customer service is truly next-level. They also have yard sculpture pieces outside that I did not look at. They have good prices on some really good looking cabinets, as well as doors of all kinds. We have a older house, and so will be slowly renovating. DHW will be our first priority of places to come to for that vintage look, as well as the current stuff. Maria was very nice to show me around, and we were stunned at how much stuff they have.
